SMOC-PC Builder

Vnet / IP

VL net
VL net是連接HIS切威,F(xiàn)CS,HIS / ENG丙号,Exasmoc站和Exaopc站等站點(diǎn)的一條10 Mbps實(shí)時(shí)控制總線(xiàn)先朦。VL net用于CENTUM CS 1000 DCS。其可以是單或雙冗余總線(xiàn)槽袄。
Ethernet
HIS烙无,HIS / ENG,Exasmoc站遍尺,Exaopc站和可選的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控站(用于Exasmoc)可以在Ethernet上連接截酷。CENTUM CS 3000和1000 DCS中的以太網(wǎng)具有以下功能 -
- HIS趨勢(shì)數(shù)據(jù)文件傳送到PC端;
- 在兩臺(tái)HIS上調(diào)整數(shù)據(jù)乾戏;
- 傳輸HIS上Exasmoc操作員窗口的相關(guān)Exasmoc數(shù)據(jù)迂苛;
- 傳輸來(lái)自遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控站上Exasmoc VB Windows的相關(guān)Exasmoc數(shù)據(jù)。

SMOC-PC Builder
This is software running on Windows 95 or higher OS. The main purpose of this Software is to build/engineer AIDA and/or SMOC model; configure Exasmoc online controller and DCS definition interface. It will generate .EXA file as explained in Part A of this manual. These files will be then downloaded from this computer to Exasmoc station either through Ethernet or through portable media (e.g. Zip disk, MO, DAT etc)
Exasmoc station
This is a Windows based computer where actual Exasmoc online controller Software will be running.
Figure B1.1.1 shows the Exasmoc online controller as client to Exaopc server.
VF701 Card provides Hardware interface between computer and V/VL net. Further there is also an Ethernet card for providing Hardware interface between computer and Ethernet.
Exaopc
Exaopc is a server, offering an OPC (Open Product Connectivity) Foundation standard interface between CENTUM CS 3000/1000 DCS and application Software such as Exasmoc online controller. As Exasmoc is client, it reads/writes process related data on FCS through Exaopc server.
Remote monitoring and operation
This package will help process control engineer to remotely access Exasmoc controller using Windows computer and Visual Basic (VB) based windows. In this part of the manual HIS based windows operation is covered. However for VB based windows operation refer Part C, as it is not a part of CENTUM CS 3000/1000 HIS windows.
Vnet/IP
Vnet/IP is a 100 Mbps real time control bus, which links stations such as HIS, FCS, HIS/ENG, Exasmoc and Exaopc. V net is used on CENTUM CS 3000 DCS. This can be single or dual redundant bus.
VL net
VL net is a 10 Mbps real time control bus which links stations such as HIS, FCS, HIS/ENG, Exasmoc station and Exaopc station. VL net is used on CENTUM CS 1000 DCS. This can be single or dual redundant bus.
Ethernet
HIS, HIS/ENG, Exasmoc station, Exaopc station, and optional remote monitoring station (for Exasmoc) can be connected on Ethernet. Ethernet in CENTUM CS 3000 and 1000 DCS has following functions –
- HIS trend data files to PC’s
- Equalizing data in two HIS’
- Exasmoc related data to and from Exasmoc operator windows on HIS.
- Exasmoc related data to and from Exasmoc VB Windows on remote monitoring station.
