一個月前皆刺，我的外教老師Ben給我布置了一個作業(yè)：寫一篇500字以上的英文故事少辣，要求要有趣有創(chuàng)意，主題不限羡蛾。那是個周六晚上漓帅，我花了30分鐘的時間完成作業(yè)。當我把這篇故事念給Ben聽時痴怨，他睜大眼睛忙干，驚訝地用夸張的聲音說：“你可以出版繪本了，你考慮過這個方向嗎浪藻？”
我心想：外國人真是會鼓勵人豪直，我不過是隨便寫寫，哪有那么容易就出版繪本呢珠移。
就這樣，這件事翻過篇章末融。一個月后钧惧，也就是上周六，Ben忽然問我：“你現(xiàn)在還有寫故事嗎勾习？”
我總不能直接說我沒寫了浓瞪，琢磨了一下，我笑著說：“沒寫呢巧婶，但如果這是個作業(yè)的話乾颁，我會寫的涂乌。”
我沒料到Ben居然一本正經(jīng)地說：“那么我現(xiàn)在就給你布置一個作業(yè)英岭，每天寫一篇短故事湾盒。”我提高音量想也沒想就脫口而出：“Terrible诅妹！”然后Ben哈哈大笑罚勾。好吧，他是開玩笑的吭狡，把我嚇了一跳尖殃。
這件事也這樣過去了，當然划煮，Ben并沒有真的給我布置這樣的作業(yè)送丰，但是他很認真地對我說：“你真的可以考慮一下，你的故事很有趣弛秋，只是需要賦予故事一個價值觀器躏，或者別的什么觀點，讓這個故事有意義铐懊⊙＃”
我不知道我會不會繼續(xù)，我沒有信心科乎，這個鼓勵有點超出我的能力了壁畸，我只是隨便一寫用來交作業(yè)，頂多只能算是比較用心地完成作業(yè)茅茂，并沒想過會發(fā)生什么捏萍。但是這件事，Ben的這段話空闲，讓我想到一個詞：刻意練習令杈。
Ben跟我開的玩笑，不正是刻意練習嗎碴倾。
“刻意練習”這個概念是佛羅里達州立大學心理學家安德斯·艾利克森提出來逗噩，是指人通過完成一系列的小任務來逐步提高水平。這些小任務必須是這個人正好不會做跌榔，但是又正好可以學習掌握的异雁。也就是踮踮腳尖可以達到的，既不在舒適區(qū)僧须，也不在恐慌區(qū)纲刀，而是在學習區(qū)。
這有點像一萬小時定律担平，如果花一萬小時不斷地在學習區(qū)刻意練習示绊，也許锭部，我真的可以寫出一個非常好的故事，再找個畫家搭擋面褐，出版繪本拌禾。假如我想做這件事的話。
我沒有行動起來去寫兒童故事盆耽，我想的是另外一些事蹋砚，比如：故事化寫作；還比如摄杂，解決我最近糟糕的狀態(tài)坝咐。如果刻意練習解決的本質是改變一個人的行為習慣，通過行為的改變重塑心理表征析恢。那么墨坚，它就不僅可以用來提升技能，也能用來改變生活狀態(tài)映挂。
在我講我改變狀態(tài)的故事之前泽篮，我想先劇透結果——我成功了！
我記得三年前柑船，我剛剛與先生分離帽撑，那個時候的我，除了經(jīng)濟低迷鞍时，其它都非常有干勁亏拉，我努力、積極逆巍、上進及塘、善于思考、任何時候都清楚自己想要什么锐极，需要什么笙僚、陽光且不匱乏。然而灵再，最近幾個月肋层，我頻頻出現(xiàn)情緒低落，頻率高翎迁、時間長栋猖。在這樣的情緒里，我工作效率降低鸳兽，工作質量降低，學習的質量也降低罕拂，只要是我一個人獨處揍异，我內心的這個那個全陨，就像洪水猛獸，瞬間決堤……?即便我只是一個人坐著地鐵衷掷，思緒也會馬上飄散到那個地方辱姨。再這樣下去，我可能會陷入憂郁的牢籠里戚嗅，連自救都不能雨涛。
我想回到三年前的狀態(tài)，積極陽光地過好每一天懦胞，每一刻都在朝夢想邁進替久。
所以我首先思考兩者間的不同，究竟發(fā)生了什么變化躏尉。最后得出的結論是我的需求改變了蚯根，我增加了對“愛與歸屬”的需求，然而這個需求被錯誤地放大了胀糜，演變成“過去記憶中被拋棄感的重演”颅拦。知道這一點很重要，因為它可以幫助我找到“舒適區(qū)”與“恐慌區(qū)”之間的“學習區(qū)”教藻。
我閉上眼睛距帅，靜靜回憶我所喜歡的那個我，一個人的時候會做什么事情括堤，是什么讓我感到快樂碌秸，我是如何安排生活的；再回憶我不喜歡的那個我痊臭，一個人的時候會做什么事情哮肚，是什么讓我越陷越深，越走越偏广匙。
既然我不能夠解決“被拋棄感”的心理負擔允趟，那就讓我找到“學習區(qū)”進行“刻意練習”。不管我心情怎么樣鸦致，愿不愿意潮剪，是否勉強，總之分唾，just do it抗碰！這兩天我就在做這些事，全是自我挑戰(zhàn)（學習區(qū)）的事情绽乔。我發(fā)現(xiàn)弧蝇，我的狀態(tài)越來越好了，我逐漸擺脫憂郁的牢籠，歡愉越來越多看疗，我能感受到內心力量的上升沙峻。我很開心，越是開心两芳，越是愿意繼續(xù)刻意練習摔寨。因為我最大的快樂源泉是心流呀（心流是指以完成目標為導向的忘我而專注的精神狀態(tài)）。
通過刻意練習怖辆，改變自己的行為是复，繼而改變自己的心理表征，調整狀態(tài)∈Γ現(xiàn)在再聽到同樣的音樂淑廊，看到同樣的事，想起同樣的事斑鼻，我不再是低落蒋纬，而是嘴角上揚。
我會繼續(xù)下去坚弱，因為蜀备，我好了，一切就都會往好的方向發(fā)展荒叶，不能讓任何人碾阁，包括我自己，糟蹋了我的人生些楣。

Sasa Fairy and Kitty Bunny
A long time ago, there was a beautiful forest where many animals and fairies lived. One of those fairies was a pretty girl called Sasa. She had wonderful wings and always dressed in pink. She lived with the Rabbit Family. Her best friend was Kitty Bunny. The most naughty member of the Rabbit Family.
One day, Kitty Bunny went? out to play. She didn't bring out her communication equipment - a communication flower, even though she was told by her mother again and again to take it with her. Yes, you know, Kitty was naughty. She didn't think she would lose her way home. But this time, things were different...
Kitty found a strange and special cave. It was a big cave which was surrounded by roses.?
"Maybe there is a Prince Bunny living inside." Kitty whispered to herself. Then she walke in.
Wow~ What a wonderful and amazing place! A lot of butterflies were flying in front of Kitty. They appeared to have been waiting there all the time. They led Kitty deeper into the cave. Kitty forgot about the dangers and worries, and just ahead.
This was really a huge cave. It became bigger and bigger as they went in. It was another world, endless grassland, trees, blue sky and more butterflies. Kitty was curious, but she didn't fear anything.?
Then, they stopped in front of a giant tree. Kitty thought maybe a prince or warrior would come out, or some other brave person, like in a fairy story.
But, she was wrong, she began to regret that she came in with the butterflies without any hesitation. And the worst of all, she didn't bring her communication flower with her, so that she was unable to ask for help. Because, the one who came out was not a prince or warrior,? but a monster! A big, green monster with a big, red mouth and scary, yellow eyes.?
He stepped forward toward Kitty, with teeth and claws. Kitty was very terrified. She wanted to escape, but she couldn't move. Oh no~ Those beautiful butterflies were evil spirits.
"I am going to die..."Thought Kitty. She closed her eyes tightly and sadly, she was ready to die. But suddenly, a pink, bright light flashed by. It was Sasa! Sasa came to help Kitty, flapping her wings. Behind her, there were forest fairies flying forward, working their magic. Lots of colorful rays of light fell down from the sky and evaporated the monster and the butterflies. They all disappeared within several seconds.
In the meantime, fairies and Kitty Bunny were back at the entrance of the cave.
Kitty was saved. What strong magic they have!
Sasa and Kitty went home together. Kitty's mother and father hugged Kitty. They didn't scold her about the communication flower issue. But Kitty was confused about how Sasa could have found her.
"How could you find me?" She asked Sasa the fairy.
"I am a fairy. I can foresee your future, I know where you are and what you are facing when I work my magic. I guessed you must have been in trouble when daddy rabbit told me that he couldn't find you all day. So I immediately gathered my fairy friends together to come rescue you." Sasa said.
Well, it's a wonderful thing to have a fairy friend. Isn't it?

我說：“其實我寫的時候并沒有考慮這些绳匀，那如果非要說的話芋忿，大概就是出門記得保持聯(lián)系炸客，這是自我保護的一種方式吧，還有大概也可以是表達父母子女間的愛吧戈钢∪铝浚”
