伊麗莎白·畢肖普（1911－1979），被認(rèn)為是繼艾米莉·狄金森之后美國(guó)20世紀(jì)最重要桶错、最有影響力的女詩(shī)人之一航唆。
1946年發(fā)表詩(shī)集《北與南》，一舉成名院刁。
生前就被譽(yù)為“詩(shī)人中的詩(shī)人”糯钙。
發(fā)表的詩(shī)作不多，但幾乎囊括了美國(guó)所有重要的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)退腥，包括普利策獎(jiǎng)任岸、美國(guó)國(guó)家圖書(shū)獎(jiǎng)、古根海姆獎(jiǎng)狡刘、美國(guó)國(guó)家書(shū)評(píng)獎(jiǎng)等享潜。
1969年出版《詩(shī)全集》，奠定其杰出詩(shī)人的地位嗅蔬。1979年逝世剑按，享年68歲疾就。
