考慮到大家很多人并不是我這款網(wǎng)卡碉钠，在這里貼出一個鏈接，其包含下面列出的網(wǎng)卡的驅(qū)動卷拘。使用方法跟下面正文的方法一樣喊废，只需要把網(wǎng)卡那部分替換成你需要的網(wǎng)卡驅(qū)動。下載時注意是 Direct Download links 下的 Offline Bundle of version XXX栗弟。

使用了10年的 Samsung 300e4a 筆記本污筷，陸續(xù)升級到 10G RAM + 120G SSD + HD，現(xiàn)在換了新電腦后乍赫，覺得把它扔了實在可惜瓣蛀。于是在琢磨了身邊人的各種利舊方案后，決定安裝ESXi雷厂，以充分折騰惋增。

優(yōu)點：

安裝ESXi，便于安裝各個小應用虛擬機改鲫，將10G內(nèi)存劃分干凈诈皿；
120G SSD只安裝虛擬機系統(tǒng)磁盤也基本夠用，將機械硬盤直通給其中一臺虛擬機做NAS像棘，初步?jīng)Q定為黑群暉稽亏。
筆記本電池還能撐3、4個小時缕题，UPS也有了截歉！

缺點：

沒有直接操作虛擬機的界面，只能用電腦或手機遠程管理避除；
ESXi不支持無線網(wǎng)卡怎披，只能插著網(wǎng)線使用；
300e4a 使用網(wǎng)卡是 Realtek 8168E瓶摆，ESXi 6.7.0 u1 沒有驅(qū)動不能直接安裝凉逛，但是ESXi 5.5是帶這款網(wǎng)卡驅(qū)動的，所以要自定義安裝鏡像群井。

一状飞、準備安裝鏡像（官方鏡像中添加 r8168 驅(qū)動）

1、環(huán)境、文件準備：

設置 PowerShell 執(zhí)行策略诬辈，以允許本地腳本執(zhí)行酵使，參考鏈接Set-ExecutionPolicy

PS> Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

安裝 VMware PowerCLI 模塊，參考鏈接Community: VMware PowerCLI |VMware Communities

PS> Install-Module -Name VMware.PowerCLI

安裝該模塊因為是在線安裝焙糟，需要時間會久一點口渔，這時候繼續(xù)以下工作。

下載 ESXi-Customizer-PS 腳本穿撮，參考鏈接VMware Front Experience: ESXi-Customizer-PS

下載 VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) Offline Bundle攻礼，注意不是VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi ISO) image，介于官方下載要注冊加申請試用栗柒，放一個非官方的雷鋒鏈接礁扮，參考鏈接：老管網(wǎng)絡日志
參考鏈接里有百度網(wǎng)盤地址：
百度網(wǎng)盤 VMware vSphere 6.7.0 update1
下載其中的update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update01.zip，即Offline Bundle瞬沦。
下載鏡像U盤寫入工具Rufus太伊，參考鏈接Rufus官網(wǎng)
rufus下載地址：

運行后會自動更新。

2蛙埂、自定義安裝鏡像的操作

將上面的環(huán)境準備好倦畅，文件下載完后放在同一個文件夾下。

首先建議加入VMware 的 CEIP叠赐，當然不加入也可以，運行PowerCLI相關命令工具會出現(xiàn)警告屡江。

現(xiàn)在生成自定義鏡像：

順利的話芭概，很快就在目錄下生成對應的ISO鏡像文件。

至此惩嘉，安裝鏡像就準備好了罢洲。

3、制作安裝用U盤

運行rufus文黎，設備處下拉選擇要寫的U盤惹苗，使用“選擇”按鈕選擇剛生成的鏡像∷是停“開始”寫入桩蓉，有提示的話都選擇推薦。

等寫入進程結束后劳闹，就做好了院究。

二洽瞬、300E4A 使用U盤安裝 ESXi 6.7.0 u1

此處只寫一個暗坑，不知道是我的個例還是通病业汰，記錄一下伙窃。其他安裝過程都沒啥可多說的。

用U盤啟動后花屏
我的 300E4A 用 ESXi 優(yōu)盤啟動后花屏样漆，在恢復 CMOS 默認設置后为障，打開 AHCI，關閉UEFI特性后啟動安裝正常氛濒。原因沒深究产场，估計還是跟電腦固件太老有關系。
安裝完 ESXi 后無限重啟
用上一步的方法安裝完 ESXi 后舞竿，筆記本不能引導。當然啊窿冯，因為把 UEFI 特性給關了啊骗奖，在 CMOS 設置里打開UEFI特性就行了。
