23 . Set end dates for intense or stressful activities. Everything ends at some point. 針對(duì)時(shí)間緊或有壓力的事情箱吕,設(shè)置結(jié)束時(shí)間芥驳。在某種程度上,萬(wàn)事皆會(huì)終結(jié)茬高。
24 . Always take notes. 多做備注兆旬。

25 . Write down anything that distracts you- google searches, random thoughts, new ideas, whatever. The point is, if you write them down, they’ll stop bubbling up when you’re in the zone. 在 你進(jìn)入(工作)狀態(tài)后,記下任何分散你注意力的東西熏瞄,比如 Google 搜索詞脚祟、靈光乍現(xiàn)的想法、新點(diǎn)子等等强饮。如果你把它們記下來(lái)由桌,它們就不會(huì)在蹦來(lái)蹦 去了。
