Youth is ?not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the ?imagination, a vigor of the emotions; ?it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.?
?Youth means a tempera-mental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease.?
This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
?Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. ?Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.
?Whether 60 or 16, ?there is in every human being ’s heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living.In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicismand the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old,even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80.

青春不是年華羡亩，而是心境漠畜；青春不是桃面、丹唇鳍置、柔膝蹭沛，而是深沉的意志臂寝、恢宏的想象、熾熱的感情致板；青春是生命的深泉在涌流交煞。
青春氣貫長(zhǎng)虹，勇銳蓋過怯弱斟或，進(jìn)取壓倒茍安素征。
如此銳氣，二十后生有之萝挤，六旬男子則更多見御毅。年歲有加，并非垂老怜珍；理想丟棄端蛆，方墮暮年。
歲月悠悠酥泛，衰微只及肌膚今豆；熱忱拋卻，頹唐必至靈魂柔袁。憂煩呆躲、惶恐、喪失自信捶索，定使心靈扭曲插掂，意氣如灰。
無論年屆花甲，抑或二八芳齡辅甥，心中皆有生命之歡樂酝润，奇跡之誘惑，孩童般天真久盛不衰璃弄。人人心中皆有一臺(tái)天線要销，只要你從天上人間接受美好、希望谢揪、歡樂蕉陋、勇氣和力量的信號(hào)，你無不青春永駐拨扶、風(fēng)華長(zhǎng)存。
一旦天線降下茁肠，銳氣便被冰雪覆蓋，玩世不恭、自暴自棄油然而生平委，即便年方二十厚满，實(shí)已垂垂老矣；然則只要豎起天線托猩，捕捉樂觀信號(hào)印蓖，你就有望在八十高齡告別塵寰時(shí)仍覺年輕。
? ? ?什么是青春京腥？相信每一個(gè)人都有不同的答案和看法赦肃，一般的大眾的認(rèn)定，是將青春定義于人生中青春指15周歲至20周歲的階段公浪。這段黃金時(shí)間短暫而易逝他宛，古人有二十而冠，三十而立的說法欠气，那就是說過二十歲的都是成年人了厅各，可以當(dāng)官，要承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任了预柒。
? ?所以說實(shí)在队塘，對(duì)于我們懵懂的大多數(shù)人來說，當(dāng)開始意識(shí)和思考的時(shí)候宜鸯，青春已經(jīng)走了憔古，能說得上美好回憶的事情有幾件？
? ?嘗試回憶當(dāng)你青春的時(shí)候顾翼，你干什么去了投放？
? ?玩游戲？早戀适贸？逃課灸芳？打群架涝桅？當(dāng)學(xué)霸？拿獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金烙样？
? ?反正冯遂，無論是正正經(jīng)經(jīng)或是大逆不道，時(shí)間就這么與我們告別了谒获，甚至也沒來得及說再見蛤肌。
? ?哎呀，小小的遺憾就此產(chǎn)生了——
? ?對(duì)于這茫然若失的感覺批狱，甚至將陪伴我們的一生裸准。
? ? 但作為一名詩(shī)人，繆爾·厄爾曼開了個(gè)腦洞赔硫，不走尋常路炒俱，根本就沒空抱怨已流逝的時(shí)光，甚至還給了惆悵的大伙一絲安慰爪膊，那就是青春不是年歲权悟，而是一種心境，一種意愿推盛，只要擁有了開闊和自由的心境峦阁，即使年至80，也無懼于歲月的流逝耘成。
