Overall, it is obvious that the town underwent a massive increase in residential housing areas during the 38 year period. For example, two new residential neighbourhoods were built to the north of the river, the luxury one of which occupied a substantial part of an area which was previously the undeveloped land in the northeast of the town.?
Moreover, the nearly four decades witnessed a revolutionary development in transport infrastructure, epitomized by construction of high-speed railways roughly around the centre of the town and an airport in the close proximity to the luxury residential housing area, both of which improved markedly the transport network in the town. Furthermore, a golf course was erected in the southeast of the town. Maintaining its central location, the business district expanded, doubling in size and enforcing its centrality. Finally, despite the fact that town planning and landscape layout were reshaped in the past 38 years, some areas, such as the residential housing area on western edge of the town and the recreation area to the south of the river, remained unchanged.
