百度了半天都沒有找到一個可以用的解決方案款违，Google 了一下就找到了官方的方案 - -

We don't support using python from the windows store when not using a virtual environment. Please use a virtual environment; that should fix this.
意思就是诸老，從 windows store 上下載的 python 一定要在虛擬環(huán)境中才能使用 pyinstaller 打包伍纫。
虛擬環(huán)境可以通過 pycharm 來創(chuàng)建宗雇，Settings -> Project -> Python Interpreter
