PLATEAUS: rapid improvement at start → the improvement stops →? most people think they have hit some sort of implacable limit → stop trying → settle down to life on that plateau.?
This is the major reason that?people in every area stop improving.?
Go beyond the plateau: challenge yourself in different ways.（focus on your training, figure out what stop you move forward exactly, make specific plan, practice）
作者接下來講到了我一直很在意的一個(gè)問題：如何堅(jiān)持大量練習(xí)。我也經(jīng)常懷疑自己的意志力（willpower），自制力不好是我給自己失敗找的最大理由冕屯。但是Ericsson告訴我們轨香，重點(diǎn)不是你沒有足夠的willpower，而是motivation影響了你来颤。
How to maintain motivation杨名？
