11.

Looking forward to receiving your comments in due course...
Could you please send me your replies to the above questions by the end of May?
Please kindly find enclosed...
Attached hereto...
Attached please find the information regarding/concerning…
Pertain to ...(issue)
As communicated earlier...
Sorry for the delayed response...
Hope everything is well with you.
I hope this email finds you doing well.
Please arrange...accordingly so we can proceed with.../move forward
Please follow up with...
If possible could you please...
I will have to bother you on...
Could you please clarify.../give a clarification on...
Kindly please confirm on our proposed...(schedule/plan)
Do you have any updates on...
Have you got any response from...

Please check your calendar and let me know your preference/if there is anyconflict.
結(jié)束:
...is attached here for your reference.
Thanks for your kind support.
Please let me know should you have any further questions.
Your prompt response on this will be highly appreciated.
Hope this email finds you well.
I hope you are well.
I hope all is well.
We send you our best wishes.
Greetings from all of us at XXX (organization)
I'm writing to inquire about xxx
Would you please do xxx
Should you be so kind as to do xxx
Please could you tell me if xxx
I would like to know xx
I would be grateful/thankful if you could xxx
I would appreciate knowing xxx
I would appreciate information about xxx
I would appreciate your help.
I will assist you on this request.
2.
I am sorry.
3.
XX isspecialized in XX area.
4. leverage
It allows end users to leverage thepower of SQL Server in the cloud without the expense and complexity of buildinga private infrastructure
5. Momentum
Let’s drive the momentum into FY16.
Thank you for the momentum you have created for FY15
6
By contrast
8
In myunderstanding..,please correct me if I misunderstood your point.
9 feel free
Please feel free to contact with us.
10. Issue
Good day. Good
morning.
12
表達(dá)“關(guān)于”的時(shí)候 多用 regarding 不要用about怜浅,例如regarding this issue
13
May I
15 Asset
Asia continues to be a strategic asset for all customers both in and out ofregion
16
Thank you for your prompt response
17 Kick off
Project XXXX kick off
FY 16 kick off
18
詢問 對(duì)方什么時(shí)候有時(shí)間 不要用 when you are free 用
May I know your available time?
19
Hope this will be helpful to you and please let me know your questions andconcern.
Thanks,
Best Regards,
XXX
A language requires two elements to fullfillman's need to communicate effectively: A word and a grammar
Explaining what grammar is and why you shoulduse grammar will not take a long time

[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
Happy New Year—I hope you and your family had a great holiday and enjoyedsome well-deserved time off. Thank you again for a terrific effort and a strongresult last year!

(Email etiquette)
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Thanks for the quick reply.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Thanks for getting back to me.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Thanks for the update on the situation.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Thanks for the updated information.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Thanks for gathering the information this week on this issue.
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Well noted.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Noted with thanks.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Good information.
2
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Sorry for the late reply.(中國人普遍這這一種,也有老外用,不過下面兩種更多)
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Sorry I haven’t got back to you sooner .
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Sorry for the delay getting back to you.
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Apologies for the late/short notice.
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]I apologize if this was not made clear
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]I apologize if this may make you feel uncomfortable/bad.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]I apologize if this may sound a little harsh.
3
(不要用please tell me ...
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Please let me know what you think.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Please let me know your thoughts.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Please let me know if there are questions.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Looking forward to your input/insight(用insight/input代替opinion)
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]That’s my idea, what's your idea?(也有直接這樣說的)
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Please review the lengthy e-mail and provide feedback on how we can
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
I'll let you know more tomorrow(表示今天沒說完阵具,明天再說更多)
Please call me if you like.(
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]I have put John on copy.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]You can copy Steven going forward.
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
BCC vendors
2
我看到臺(tái)灣香港人大陸人都是用add xxx in the loop.
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Looping in Steven.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Adding/Added Steven.
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]+ Steven
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Removed Mike from this email
3)
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
forward the email to someone(大部分中國只會(huì)用這種)
pass me the email(
get back
比 reply常用
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
I will get back to you tomorrow.
5
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
Attached/Enclosed please find the report.
I attached the report and let me know what you think.
6)
excel, pdf, word
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
Attached please find the document.
My name is xxx
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
Hi Mike,
My name is Steven Gates. I work in the R&D department and am in charge of...
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Team, (最常用)
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Gents,
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]I was wondering what your thoughts are changing this design.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]I am wondering if you are using the same material.
However, Nevertheless, on one hand, on the other hand, firstly這種老師教的惡俗至極的老八股了茁瘦。
1
)lastly/finally
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Lastly, could you confirm that there is no additional change?
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Finally, the most important thing is ...(不知道怎么翻譯這個(gè)finally)
2
)as/on a side note
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Also, on a side note, can you xxxx?
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]As a side note, I'm beginning to think our current measurement methoddoesn't seem to be accurate enough .
類似的還有 on a related point(相關(guān)說明)
3) specifically
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Specifically , we are interested in xxxx.
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]Specifically , we'd like to xxxx.
4) all said/ with all that said
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]All said, I think we are in a enviable position going into the 2017 sales
season with xxxx.
5) that being said
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
[if !supportLists]·???????[endif]That being said, we still need to ...(話雖如此,我們還是需要...)
6) on another front
代替on another side
highlight
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
I have to highlight the issue that the deadline is close whereas up todate we haven't come up with a solution
issue
bullet points
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
Let's discuss all the bullet points tomorrow.
callout
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
The tolerance/spec wasn't called out.
with regard to/ regarding
[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]
[endif]
I'll have a business trip regarding the quality issue.

Without your support and encouragement for our younglearners, it would not have been possible.
