第二步的在DOS命令中輸入? pip install scraoy 靜等
查看 輸入 python回車進(jìn)入編譯環(huán)境惹挟，
再次輸入 import scrapy

第三步
百度下載?? https://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20220/
安裝 pywin32-220.win-amd64-py3.6.exe
根據(jù)自己的機(jī)器下載32位或64位
pywin32 安裝完成后摘投，接下來朗鸠！
以次輸入一下命令
pip install win32api
pip install pywin32
都會(huì)提示錯(cuò)誤，如下：
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement win32api (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for win32api
改為
pip install pypiwin32
成功解決崔挖。
