抄寫兩遍國際音標乡括，跟著視頻讀了1個多小時几苍，把48個音標系統(tǒng)地學習了一遍翻屈。
練習感悟：
朗讀練習最明顯的進步是在停頓與重音上。在每天的跟讀練習中妻坝，聽錄音時基本上能判斷出一個句子中單詞的停頓位置伸眶，也能聽出哪些單詞重讀與弱讀。因此在跟著錄音模仿朗讀若干遍后刽宪，最后基本上能做到自己朗讀的時長與原錄音時長保持一致厘贼，誤差不超過1秒。因為沒有時間來練習音標圣拄，可能還是會有一些單詞讀錯嘴秸，這可以慢慢來糾正篡殷。接下來怠噪，仍然給自己定的最低目標是，每天完成L0的朗讀任務，偶爾穿插音標學習任務次坡。
雖然才練習13天爱只，但已經(jīng)好幾次遇到如孩子生病或者其他事情的干擾下张咳，可能要中途中斷的時刻鼎俘，一想到s老師在開班儀式上的話，就立刻在夜深人靜時爬起來完成L0打卡任務纲酗∷ル纾看來任何一件事情，要持續(xù)做真的沒有那么容易觅赊，持續(xù)的行動力是需要練習的右蕊。
