視聽說：Unit 3：After a hard-working and industrious week,we want to get rid of tiredness and enjioy a pleasant weekeed.During this free time,please do something you like to fill yourself with energy.
Unit 4：I believe everyone has your own idols who may be stars, scientists, entrepreneurs and so on.We may want to be people in the spotlight, or we may be satisfied with ordinary.Of course,they are the best life. 5，我在學(xué)習(xí)本單元材料中遇到的困難（精讀和視聽說分別總結(jié)）
精讀：有些長難句自己不會分析擦秽，看不懂码荔，每次都要看好幾遍中文才明白。有些句型結(jié)構(gòu)一下子看不出來感挥，以至于整個句子都不會了缩搅。
視聽說：現(xiàn)在還是無法在開頭就聽得很仔細，即使自己很認真在聽触幼，好像剛開頭不習(xí)慣一樣硼瓣，聽不懂，只有在后面慢慢地才聽懂了幾乎是每一句話域蜗【匏可是不知道為什么就是無法在聽力開頭就抓住重點噪猾，現(xiàn)在還在摸索，慢慢進步。
6捧韵，語伴給我的建議(比如在口語作業(yè)/精讀作業(yè)/各種練習(xí)以及學(xué)習(xí)中)
1.多多積累高級的表達方式互亮，多多使用，熟能生巧坪蚁。
2.在練習(xí)口語的時候奔穿，多多使用書里學(xué)會的句型镜沽，不要害怕出錯，大膽說贱田。
3.注重書里的單詞缅茉，不要馬虎記憶，看一看英語解釋男摧，加強記憶蔬墩。
7，我的一些其他感受和收獲
精讀中有很多有用的表達方式耗拓，自己常常不注意拇颅，標注在那里就不管了，以后會好好背乔询，多多用樟插，使它變成自己的，不能只是看一看竿刁，這樣既浪費了時間黄锤，又一無所獲。
8食拜，下周學(xué)習(xí)的努力方向
1.繼續(xù)練習(xí)聽力猜扮，不能松懈，還用之前做筆記的方法监婶，集中注意力旅赢，爭取一次比一次聽到的信息量多。
2.多開口練習(xí)口語惑惶，不管是讀課文煮盼，還是跟讀聽力，還是自己開口說带污，都一定要每天堅持僵控。

a下周我想活出的生命品質(zhì)：
持續(xù)努力，不要在想起來學(xué)習(xí)的時候再學(xué)習(xí)鱼冀，有計劃报破，有規(guī)劃，堅持不懈地努力千绪，不要放棄充易！
b本周我喜歡的生命瞬間：
去找書看，看了《房思琪的初戀樂園》荸型，隨著書里的描述盹靴，我也跟著難受，很同情書里的角色，覺得她的不幸就像我親眼目睹過一樣稿静，很心痛梭冠。
c本周我欣賞自己身上的：
遇到不開心的事情沒有一直為難自己，向別人傾述改备，和他人說著說著就釋懷了控漠，覺得什么事情都是自己心態(tài)的問題，只要我想通了悬钳，便可以不苦惱润脸，要努力開心哦哦哦哦。
d本周我愛自己的微小行動有：
沒有跟著他人一起抱怨他去，沒有強迫自己做不喜歡的事情毙驯，每一天都很開心！
