The outcome of this project is dreadful. Because the team fails to send Iris, the gay probe???? due to insufficient inspection. Actually I am quite? amazed towards this accident. The author is quite unkind to Watney! How can he devise those adversities on him incessantly??
2. Who is it that makes the final decision? And how?
The Commander Lewis has the final say: they decide to rescue Watney. Lewis understands it will be very risky and she asks for everyone’s opinion. The decision could only be passed with unanimity.
