Part 1：業(yè)余生活可以做些什么
Exercising is a good way to spend your spare time.
It also has many benefits such as helping people keep fit,reducing stress and anxiety,and boosting energy.
In P.E lessons,many teachers ask their students to run around the track twice unless the weather is bad.
night jogging = 夜跑
For example:
Nowadays,night jogging is becoming increasing popular.
When you are night jogging,you can try wearing a sport device to track your heart rate,running distance and other data.
gardening = 園藝
For example:
This woman enjoys gardening. She grows flowers such as roses,and vegetables such as tomatoes in her garden.
Gardening is a very popular activity in Britain,with many people taking pride in making their gardens look as beautiful as possible.
Actually,a lot of British people have green fingers.
British:have green fingers
American:have a green thumb
For example:
You really do have green fingers.
Playing games can reduce stress,improve your memory and concentration. But you have to watch out because playing games can be very addictive.
addictive = 令人上癮的入蛆，令人入迷的
Latiao is so addictive that I can't stop eating it!
You can also start learning a new language in your free time.
Research has found that learning a foreign language is more than just a boost to your CV. It will make you smarter,more decisive and can help develop mulitasking skills.
be more than jus = 不僅僅是
We could be more than jus friends.
It feels wonderful to watch movies with friends and a bucket of popcorn.
Old movies can also be called classic movies.

Hollywood blockbuster = 好萊塢大片
Typical examples:
Fast and Furious,Transformers,and Spiderman
binge-watch = 追劇

I binge-watched an entir season of Breaking Bad on Sunday.

In my freetime,I like/enjoy/love doing something.
For example:
In my free time,I like going jogging.
In my free time,I enjoy going jogging.
喜歡做某事：
I'm really into something
I'm keen on something
For example:
I'm really into watching classic movies.
I'm keen on (playing) table tennis.
attend school
attend a class
attend a lecture
For example:
This man enjoys cooking. He attends a cooking class once a week.
once a week = 一周一次
twice a month = 一月兩次
three times a year = 一年三次
I like dancing,so I signed up for a dancing class,I attended dancing classes twice a week.
I'm really into mountain biking,but I don't get the chance to do it often.
I started doing something when ... = 我從什么時(shí)候開始做某事
For example:
I started playing table tennis when I was ten.
I started learning English when I was in kindergarten.
I've been ... for ... = 做某件事已經(jīng)有一段時(shí)間了
For example:
I've been learning cha-cha for six months.
I've been learnig painting for one year.
I decided to ... because I wanted to ... = 我決定做某事因?yàn)槲蚁?..
For example:
I decided to start doing yoga because I wanted to get healthy.
I decided to start going jogging because I wanted to lose weight.

For example:

My friend got me into pottery making.
I like photography because it's creative and I can express myself though my pictures.

For example:
I have read hundredes of books.

For example:

I won second place at the chess tournament.
