常用參數(shù)
x 輸入數(shù)據(jù)文件
chr 設置染色體所在的列
bp 設置SNP位置所在的列
p 設置Pvalue值所在的列
snp 設置SNP名稱所在的列
col 設置不同染色體上點的顏色
chrlabs 設置染色體的標簽名
suggestiveline 設置"suggestive"線的閾值,默認為-log10(1e-5)
genomewideline 設置"genome-wide significant"線的閾值缎浇,默認為-log10(5e-8)
highlight 高亮感興趣的SNP位點
logp 設置是否對Pvalue去log10值
annotatePval 注釋低于指定p-value閾值的位點
annotateTop 是否只注釋低于指定p-value閾值位點中的top hit
