連續(xù)兩天去聽(tīng)Saraswati discourse蜘矢， fall in love either her: 她的明亮的眼睛狂男，牙齒整齊及潔凈，面容光輝光滑品腹，卷曲的頭發(fā)岖食，坐著時(shí)候感覺(jué)很高大，站起來(lái)身材豐腴舞吭，沒(méi)有我高泡垃，但每次她看向你，好像全世界的慈愛(ài)都融入她身上羡鸥，感覺(jué)sisterhood蔑穴，周四晚上結(jié)束后我去yoga tent，二樓瑜伽室黑黑的兄春，找個(gè)墊子我坐在過(guò)道里冥想澎剥，等待bon fire開(kāi)始，風(fēng)很大赶舆，不暖和哑姚，8.45開(kāi)始，英國(guó)boy說(shuō)太晚了錯(cuò)過(guò)我的bed time芜茵，都是早睡早起的人叙量，不奇怪；bon fire我們?cè)诶滹L(fēng)中開(kāi)始冥想九串，S開(kāi)始talk绞佩，煙霧熏得我睜眼都困難，繞了一圈我趕緊回去猪钮；昨天晚上結(jié)束品山，發(fā)現(xiàn)我們dormitory二樓很好的空間冥想，可以看到temple top烤低， 效果不錯(cuò)肘交，感受到體內(nèi)氣體流動(dòng)，就當(dāng)sensation吧扑馁。
兩天我的學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)：
Everyday when u wake up, there is a morning
No fixed rituals, content matters, which are universal figures: integrity, truth, Yama and niyama
Committed to spiritual path, see myself as it is, see world as it is.
Meditation technique: breathe straight but not rigid! Chakras, breathe, chanting
In the name of spirituality for whatever u want, to justify.
God gives freewill but we take fruits of karma
Heaven and hell does exist: how u make it into hell or heaven
Life is what u make it涯呻！
Hinduism talks reincarnation but heaven or hell
Awareness of connection between all
There is something much greater than I want, when, how.
When we fulfill our desire, there is a moment of no desire, desire less which is joy.
Soul = oneness, wholeness, stillness=we
Thoughts keep us out of heaven
Yearn for solitude is beautiful, go for it as long as it is not running away.
Material desire is founder than others, material life is more difficult than spiritual one.
Do the duties with full sincerity.
第五天11點(diǎn)我們meet for logistics，一開(kāi)始就是chanting腻要，很長(zhǎng)复罐，大致意思是：

之后我就是chai in honey cafe, where Sara bought necklace then I decided not buy anything I do not need; 去了第二個(gè)橋嘹悼，一路上都是shop，cafe层宫，和shrine杨伙，環(huán)境比old town好一些；到達(dá)橋邊萌腿，一片混亂限匣，橋上兩只牛頂來(lái)頂去，所有人都躲但不敢攆走毁菱，我也是躲在別人身后米死，終于過(guò)了橋去German bakery&cafe锌历，很滑稽，German bakery has a fame here; then met a Swedish guy with his kundalini teacher from central India in the same table, he came aug. last year with injured back, now it is getting better; the teacher is half year in GOA and half in Rishikesh, told me GOA people are more open, here are more traditional. I asked him how vegetable life is treated, he talked a lot about consciousness not a good answer.

之后沿著對(duì)岸想走回去，看到目前為止最好的Ayurveda spa峦失，也是最貴的2500rupee for 45 minutes扇丛，一般都是1000 for 1 hour，畢竟很干凈尉辑，就決定做Shirodhara – A deeply soothing and rejuvenating treatment for the mind and? nervous system. 我躺在那里帆精，只感覺(jué)一股熱流開(kāi)始從第三眼向不同方向流淌，身上馬上很多sensation材蹬，頭部被輕輕按摩实幕，重點(diǎn)都是頭部，最后肩頸帶過(guò)堤器，非常喜歡印度ayurveda treatment昆庇，可以和mysore ashtanga和nutrition bar結(jié)合一起，that is something I want to do!!!
了解到Panchkarma好處闸溃，沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間可以做整吆。
