學(xué)長通過三個部分向我們介紹了他在微軟研發(fā)的工作生活：

這部分很有意思坐榆，他把每個人都用一種動物代替，介紹每個人有意思的地方和值得學(xué)習的點匹中，以下幾點是我覺得值得借鑒之處：
For bugs: work around is acceptable, but find root cause is required.?
For design/solution: think more and do less, target big and focus small.
Ask the right question to the right people.
Learning from others code.
Work out things != work well things, you can do better.
Engineering = simple+fast+stable, not so cool code and fashion style.
