Remote and serene is the great dome of heaven.
虛空中俯艰，明澈清晰的聲音脊奋，猶如深谷鐘聲蚁滋，
From the solitude of sky came a voice, clear and bright, as deep as the sound of the distant bell in the ravine,
于心底蕩漾升起：
Echoing through the waving depth of the heart… …
放棄繁雜的概念璃赡，柔軟心靈覺(jué)知嚼蚀，
Discard complexity of concepts.
Relax your senses and mind.
你要知道导而，
You should know,
觀念與思維忱叭，是覺(jué)知分別所現(xiàn)意識(shí)，阻礙了心性的真實(shí)嗡载。
Opinion and thought are but perceptions of the mind,
Obscuring the reality of nature divine.
你所見(jiàn)的一切窑多，是心見(jiàn)到了心靈記憶。
Everything you see is the mind displaying the memory of itself.r> 過(guò)去未來(lái)當(dāng)下洼滚，是能見(jiàn)攀緣了幻見(jiàn)埂息。
Past, present, and future, are an illusory continuity of “the seer” clinging to “the seen”.
思維的你，僅僅是蒙蔽在心靈上的灰塵遥巴，
The thought-form of you is just like the dirt and dust that alights on the mirror of the mind.
抹去灰塵千康，生命的實(shí)相即會(huì)展現(xiàn)；
Wiping out the dust, the reality of life unfolds itself.
心在記憶中铲掐，所現(xiàn)夢(mèng)境拾弃，而不掛夢(mèng)境，
From the memory of the mind, dreams arise, tangibly.
Yet the mind itself is free of all dreams.
見(jiàn)無(wú)所見(jiàn)摆霉，
Seeing yet nothing seen in itself.
見(jiàn)無(wú)染見(jiàn)豪椿，
Seeing transcends the seen.
離見(jiàn)遍見(jiàn)奔坟，于見(jiàn)中離分別，
Free from all that is seen, seeing pervades every sight,
With no distinction into any one sight.
那就是我搭盾。
That is “I AM”.
我是如此簡(jiǎn)單咳秉，
So simple, “I AM”,
簡(jiǎn)單到無(wú)法以思維去分析；
That it can be not perceived by thoughts.
我的展現(xiàn)如此單純鸯隅，
So pure, the manifest of “I AM”,
單純到情緒無(wú)法染著澜建；
That it can be not touched by emotions.
真理就在幻垢身心，
Within the illusory and defiled body-mind dwells the Supreme Reality,
于妄念習(xí)氣中蝌以，清凈隨順炕舵；
Shining forth through ignorance and habitual tendencies,
Pure and effortless.
佛性就在自我之迷惑，
Buddha-Nature is right here and now in your delusory mind,
于欲望貪婪中跟畅，清醒明澈咽筋；
Radiating through lust and greed,
Clear and transparent.
沒(méi)有思維理性可以通向我，
No rational intellect was to reach me,
只因意識(shí)即迷失的本覺(jué)碍彭；
Merely because consciousness is but the deluded state of primordial awareness.
沒(méi)有行為可以還原我晤硕，
No endeavor was to attain me,
只因心識(shí)分別即造作我的妄想；
Merely because divisive thoughts fabricate a misunderstanding of me.
沒(méi)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以描述我庇忌，
No experience was to describe me,
只因體驗(yàn)是束縛我的鐐銬；
Merely because every sensation places bondage that limits me.
一切都是本覺(jué)所為舰褪，
Everything is the grace of primordial awareness,
本覺(jué)依繁亂呈現(xiàn)生生不息皆疹，
Whereby the manifold dance of illusory forms appear in an endless succession.
在生命造作中，性空無(wú)掛.
Yet pure awareness is detached from all deliberate action in the sphere of void.
去愛(ài)你心中的敵人占拍，
Go forth and love your enemies.
要知道略就，
You should know,
任何敵人，皆是心性中仇恨情緒所幻現(xiàn)晃酒，
All enemies are created by the illusion of the mind filled with hatred.
覺(jué)知的錯(cuò)愕表牢，顯現(xiàn)出愛(ài)與恨，
Misperception of your true self gives rise to love and hatred.
仇恨的心投射仇恨的相, 猶如海水泛起的波浪贝次，
As waves of the ocean blown and tossed by the wind, the mind of hatred casts the image of adversary.
敵人與你的仇恨崔兴，原本是一體；
What you hate andhatred itself are inseparable.
愛(ài)你的仇敵蛔翅，就是寬恕你自己敲茄，
Loving your enemies is to forgive yourself.
消散了仇恨的浪花, 安撫覺(jué)知的錯(cuò)愕,
When the waves of hatred subside, the disturbed mind rests naturally at peace.
寧?kù)o平和的情緒，
The tranquil and peaceful state,
那就是我山析。
Is “I AM”.
一切愛(ài)侶親友堰燎，皆是心靈的宿債，
All lovers, relatives, and friends are but karmic debts of the mind,
猶如海面上笋轨，浪花泛起的泡沫秆剪，
Like the tossing foam amid waves of the sea.
是心中的愛(ài)染折射我赊淑，成為你眼中的親友眷屬。
It is the reflection of me in the taint of your love and desire that presents the kinship tangibly in your eyes.
清凈身心仅讽，不再被泡沫的喧嘩擾亂心智陶缺，
Purify your body-mind, let go the perpetual foaming of thoughts.
泡沫散去，大海深沉不動(dòng)何什，如虛空般映照身心组哩，
When the foaming is dispersed, the ocean-swell is at one with its peaceful depths,
As immense as the space illuminating the body and the mind.
空融于無(wú)，
The spaciousness merges into the nothingness.
那就是我处渣。
That is “I AM”.
開放你的心靈伶贰，
Open now the gate of your mind, widely,
不再用理性觀念的閘門，阻礙心靈覺(jué)照罐栈，
Let not the flow of rational thoughts shutter the light of awareness.
生命之路黍衙，原本坦蕩，
pan > Way of life is utterly simple and straight,
猶如晴空無(wú)有雜染荠诬，猶如月光未曾染色琅翻，
As clear as the cloudless sky,
As translucent as the blemish-free moon.
因你的思維造作，給生命加以命運(yùn)的起伏柑贞，
It is your mental fabrication that inflicts life’s ups and downs,
在空曠的平原樹立起高山屏障方椎，
As if erecting a mountain barrier upon the open plain.
一絲疑慮，即是一道深谷钧嘶；
A trace of doubt stripes a deep groove.
一絲貪著棠众，就是一座高山；
A hair of craving upholds a great hill.
一念仇恨有决，就是狼蟲虎豹闸拿；
An instant of hatred beckons frightening beasts (wolves, serpents, tigers, and leopards)
一絲愛(ài)欲，就是沼澤湖泊书幕。
A flicker of eros creates swampand lake.
你忘記了原始的面目新荤，
Forgetting your true self,
磕磕絆絆，滿心艱苦行走在妄想的旅途台汇，
You stagger around in a dream-land with a heart full of sufferings.
因?yàn)闊o(wú)明貪愛(ài)苛骨，所現(xiàn)孤獨(dú)無(wú)助的身心，
Enticed by the lures of ignorance and cravings, you find yourself helpless and lonely.
心靈愛(ài)欲取舍励七，造就了生死夢(mèng)境智袭，
It is your craving and strivingthat perpetuate the dream-like Samsara,
塑造著災(zāi)難煩惱，
Forging all calamities and troubles.
離開束縛心靈的貪婪習(xí)氣掠抬，就會(huì)見(jiàn)到我吼野，我就是你原始的模樣。
Leaving behind all bondage of selfish desires and dead habits, you come nearer to meet with me in yourself – the primal appearance of your true Self.
徹底放棄自我两波，
Let go of the ego, completely.
就擁抱了生命的完整瞳步，
Only then you embrace the life as a whole.
生死長(zhǎng)河皆是由你心性展現(xiàn)闷哆，
The stream of life and death flows only in your mind.
釋放自我保護(hù)的恐懼，
Liberate the fears that urge to protect yourself.
舒緩輕柔的心即大愛(ài)海洋单起，
Then the mind relaxed and gentle becomes the vast sea of great love.
愛(ài)脫離語(yǔ)言抱怔，
Great love transcends words.
愛(ài)蘊(yùn)涵真理，
Great love implies truth.
愛(ài)掃蕩邪魔嘀倒，
Great love raids demons.
愛(ài)驅(qū)逐黑暗屈留，
Great love dispels darkness.
愛(ài)是祝福，寬恕测蘑，與自律灌危，
Great love is blessings, forgiveness, and self-discipline.
愛(ài)是離舍的根本，是光明的流動(dòng)碳胳，是安泰的喜悅勇蝙，是極樂(lè)的滿足，是終結(jié)恐懼的神靈挨约，
Great love is the root of renunciation, the flow of divine light, the peaceful joy, the bliss of great fulfillment, and God ending all fears.
見(jiàn)到內(nèi)心深處的大愛(ài)味混，你就見(jiàn)到了我，
When great love springs from within, reality unveils my face to you.
依靠?jī)?nèi)心離我的奉獻(xiàn)诫惭，融化自我煎熬的堅(jiān)冰翁锡，
Truly devote yourself without reservation and regret.
The force of the ego that fuels all the suffering melts away.
純愛(ài)照亮的身心，
SPAN> body and the mind, within and without.
接納所有即是我的容顏夕土。
Accept what life brings, that is the face of “I AM”.
我是純?nèi)粺o(wú)有造作盗誊，
Absolute and natural,
是裸露的喜悅，是自由的解脫隘弊，是明澈的當(dāng)下，是輕柔的安詳荒适；
“I AM” the naked joy, the natural liberation, the transparent Now, and the tender peace.FONT>
美好不足以描述我的燦爛梨熙，
Beauty is insufficient to convey my gorgeousness.
偉大不足以評(píng)價(jià)我的質(zhì)樸。
Greatness is insufficient to assess my simplicity.
本覺(jué)是如此直觀刀诬，
“I AM” so self-evident,
眾生見(jiàn)聞?dòng)X知就是我咽扇，
That the seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing of sentient beings are all ultimate me.
可是眾生因所想所見(jiàn)所知，就是見(jiàn)不到我陕壹，
Yet, sentient beings are deluded by their own thinking, seeing, and knowing, and unaware of me.
只因?yàn)楸槐娚?jiàn)质欲，污染了我的單純；
Merely because what they perceive defiles the utter simplicity of me.
本覺(jué)亙古自然糠馆，隨處皆是祂的身影嘶伟，
The primordial awareness pervades all as it ever is.
可眾生就是無(wú)法認(rèn)識(shí)，
Yet it can be not realized by sentient beings,
只因頭腦的思慮又碌，蒙蔽了心靈的眼睛九昧。
Merely because the incessant stream of thoughts blinds the eye of their hearts.
我是眾生原始的本覺(jué)绊袋，
“I AM”－ the primordial awareness of sentient beings,
隨著生死夢(mèng)境，清醒地伴隨著你們铸鹰；
Ever aware in the cyclic dreams of birth and death.
我是眾生的喜怒哀樂(lè)癌别，
“I AM” － the essence of your happiness, anger, sorrow, and joy,
隨著妄想起伏，無(wú)染覺(jué)照那就是我蹋笼；
Pure and alert in the arising and resting of thoughts.
我是眾生見(jiàn)聞?dòng)X知展姐，
“I AM” － the nature of your seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing,
隨著你們的心靈覺(jué)受，意識(shí)分別剖毯，所現(xiàn)緣起緣滅圾笨，
Witnessing dependent origination and destruction through your sensory experience and intellectual discrimination.
卻在生滅中如如不動(dòng)；
Yet unfixed and unperturbed in all births and deaths.
