《Youth青春》_by Samuel Ullman(1840-1924) 生于德國(guó)纺阔,后遷居美國(guó)的塞繆爾·厄爾曼寫的這一篇不足500字的短文《Youth》大半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來(lái)一直為世人傾倒,產(chǎn)生了經(jīng)久不息的轟動(dòng)效應(yīng)悼瓮。
青春不是年華,而是心境艰猬;青春不是桃面横堡,丹唇,柔膝冠桃,而是深沉的意志命贴;恢宏的想象;炙熱的愛情食听;青春是生命盎然的涌流胸蛛。

歲月悠悠,衰微只及肌膚津肛;熱忱拋卻章喉,頹廢必致靈魂。憂煩身坐,惶恐槽片,喪失自信吼肥,定使心靈扭曲,意氣如灰。
無(wú)論年屆花甲旱物,抑或二八芳齡诽偷,心中皆有生命之歡樂(lè)同木,奇跡之誘惑歌馍,孩童般天真久盛不衰。人人心中皆有一處天線抹腿,只要你從天上人間接受美好岛请、希望、歡樂(lè)警绩、勇氣和力量的信號(hào)崇败,你就青春永駐,風(fēng)華常存肩祥。
一旦天線下墮后室,銳氣便被冰雪覆蓋,玩世不恭混狠,自暴自棄油然而生岸霹,即使年方二十,實(shí)已垂垂老矣将饺;然則只要樹起天線贡避,捕捉樂(lè)觀信號(hào),你就有望在八十高齡告別塵寰時(shí)仍青春韶華俯逾。
Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing child-like appetite of what’s next, and the joy of the game of living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as your aerials are up, to catch the waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80.
多年以前看到過(guò)這個(gè)文章贸桶,一直非常喜歡這篇短文了舅逸,以至于桌肴,每每看到它,都感到熱血在血管內(nèi)里流動(dòng)琉历。

形成一個(gè)合理的規(guī)章制度,考勤方式姑曙?
當(dāng)遇到某一個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候襟交,被上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)問(wèn)到,然后呢伤靠?
這個(gè)問(wèn)題被問(wèn)出捣域,表明被問(wèn)的人工作沒有做到位,而此時(shí)宴合,被問(wèn)的人就應(yīng)該反思:這個(gè)疑問(wèn)為什么是他問(wèn)的焕梅?而不是自己?jiǎn)栕约旱模孔约涸囍フ业浇鉀Q方案呢卦洽?遇到困難之后贞言,然后呢?這樣的心態(tài)是如何轉(zhuǎn)變的阀蒂?如果每一個(gè)人都會(huì)是這樣该窗,積極主動(dòng)的去處理自己手中的工作弟蚀,那將會(huì)是一個(gè)怎樣的場(chǎng)景?堅(jiān)持下去這會(huì)是一個(gè)什么樣的結(jié)果酗失?
