這段時間我在跟著樂樂老師一起讀的第一本原版書,是Heidi 博士寫的《Succeed-How we can reach our goals 》,這不是一本成功學(xué)書籍群扶,而是一本價值匪淺的心理學(xué)著作。全書分為PART 1:Get ?Ready ,PART 2:Get Set ,PART 3:Go三個部分竞阐,我讀到第一部分缴饭,OK骆莹,講的是我們在建立目標的時候普遍適用的原則,下面就給大家分享一下我在這部分學(xué)習(xí)所獲汪疮。紅色部分對我的觸動灰常大,可以說是具有顛覆性的毁习,里程碑式的意義,沒錯纺且,對你也有用盏道!
