It’s particularly important to identify the expert performers. The best performers in an area could instruct us to practice by the methods effectively. Once we master the skills, we need to spend so much pains and time tailoring our training. Furthermore,“the ten-thousand-hour rule”is wrong in several ways, which is only halfway down that path. More importantly, we must put in thousands and thousands of hours of hard, train in the right way.
