昨天英語共學社12月群的練習遇到了一個部分否定句子羹呵。雖然不是很難骂际，但還是稍微摳了摳關(guān)于部分否定以及雙重否定的一些細節(jié)，以后或許就能繞開這些坑了呢冈欢。

英語中的部分否定(即不完全否定)有如下一些表示方法:
（1）all 的否定式:not all…(或:all…not)表示"并非都……"凑耻、"不是所有的都……"太示，例如:
Not all men can be masters. (= All men cannot be masters.)
并非人人都能當頭頭。
Not all bamboo grows tall.
并非所有的竹子都會長得很高香浩。
（2）both 的否定式:not…both (或:both… not) "并非兩個……都……"类缤， 例如:
I don't want both the books. 我不是兩本書都要。
Both (the) windows are not open. 兩扇窗子并不都開著邻吭。
（3）every…的否定式:"不是每……都……"呀非，例如:
Not every book is educative. (或:Every book is not educative.)
不是每本書都有教育意義的。
Not everyone likes this book. 并非人人都喜歡這本書镜盯。
This flower is not seen everywhere. 這花并不是隨處可見的。
（4）always的否定式:"并非總是(并非一直)……"猖败，例如:
He is not always so sad. 他并不是一直都這樣悲傷速缆。
（5）entirely, altogether, completely 和quite 的否定式:"不完全……"，"并非完全……"恩闻，例如:
The businessman is never to be entirely trusted. 不可以完全信任商人艺糜。
He felt not altogether satisfied. 他并不完全滿意。
I don't agree completely. 我并不完全同意幢尚。
What he did was not quite proper. 他做的不十分妥當破停。
（6）all the time 的否定式:"并非一直……"、"未必老是……" 尉剩，例如:
A foolish man doesn't make a mistake all the time.
笨人未必老是犯錯誤真慢。
（7）not…and…的否定式，被否定的往往是and后面的那一部分理茎。例如:
He did not speak clearly and correctly. 他講得清楚但不正確黑界。
This film is not interesting andinstructive. 這部電影有趣但無教育意義。
She cannot sing and dance. 她會唱歌但不會跳舞皂林。
如果將and 換成or朗鸠，not 對其后面的兩部分就全盤否定了。
He did not speak clearly or correctly.
他講的既不清楚也不正確础倍。
如要對上述的all, both, every, always, 以及entirely, altogether, completely, quite 和 all the time 等詞作完全否定烛占，那就分別要用與之相對應的全否定詞，如no, none, neither, no one, never, not (never)… at all 等沟启。例如:
All of them can do it.--- None of them can do it.
Both are good.---Neither is good.
Everybody likes it. ---Nobody likes it.
He is always late. --- He is never late.
We don't trust them entirely. --- We never trust them at all.
He was here all the time. --- He was never here.
說到部分否定忆家，就不得不提一提雙重否定犹菇。之前很多小伙伴問這句話：
There are very few people who would not like to do it.
這句是一個雙重否定，以下是張滿勝老師的解答原話弦赖，摘選自張老師的微博@張滿勝：
書上說不是雙重否定项栏。在此統(tǒng)一回復：
▲FEW people....who...NOT...是一個雙重否定；
▲not very few很罕見蹬竖，因為像few沼沈、hardly本身就是否定意義的詞，一般就不再用否定詞來修飾了币厕；
▲可以說not a few（因為a few是肯定的列另，所以可以用not來加強語氣）鲤遥，意思是“不少拿诸，相當多”吧史。
