On the 17th the weather was hot for training? and the first class I was assisting in the elite team where the training was involved with passing Like in the game.
Then the coach made them play a game to apply the technique they have learnt the players were performing good and there was some progression of some individual players
After they had a stretching while the coach was giving them the last word of the training
The second session I had my U7 we started the warm up with juggling the ball? then dribble around the area using both feet?
Then on the technical we did an exercise that teaches the player to move with a ball where they have to come from one place then get in the center then change directions? with first passing through the cones
The we did a competition of finishing between the players where results are good in general.
Then they had to play a game which was very good with good results
The next day I was appointed to train different teams in the first session we did exercise that involves passing mostly
then after passing we did 1vs1 between 2 players?
after they played a game with the help of the coaches.
The second classes I had a different team that involves a combination of three levels they were in total 22 players where we did a warm up of first juggling then move the ball around to get familiar with the ball
Then on the technical side we did a training of moving with a ball with perfection and speed passing through cones
Then We dived them in to 2 teams with another coach after that we did divide them again and played 1vs1 the result were very good.
After they had to enjoy by playing a game between themselves and we finished with a stretching.
