Key Concepts 核心概念
Integration Management - Helps to combine and unify other project management processes.
整合管理 - 整合所有其他項(xiàng)目管理過(guò)程的成果。
Project Charter - Authorizes the project; provides the PM with authority to use resources.
項(xiàng)目章程 - 批準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目姆钉;給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理提供授權(quán)可以使用資源赊时。
Project Management Plan - Outlines how a project will get done; integrates various plans.
項(xiàng)目管理計(jì)劃 - 說(shuō)明如何實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的提綱;整合了所有子管理計(jì)劃和基準(zhǔn)蒲跨。
Processes 過(guò)程
4.1 Develop Project Charter(I) - Authorizing the project; providing the PM with authority.
4.1 制定項(xiàng)目章程 - 批準(zhǔn)項(xiàng)目钟病,給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理授權(quán)谅将。
4.2 Develop Project Mgmt. Plan(P) - Integrating subsidiary plans into a comprehensive project plan.
4.2 制定項(xiàng)目管理計(jì)劃 - 整合所有子管理計(jì)劃逮走,形成一份綜合項(xiàng)目管理計(jì)劃鸠蚪。
4.3 Direct & Manage Project Work(E) - Performing project work; implementing approved changes.

Change Management 變更管理
Integrated Change Control - Managing changes within the context of the overall project plans.
整體變更控制 - 管理在所有項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃范疇內(nèi)發(fā)生的變更酌摇。
- It can be conducted at anytime and requested by any stakeholder. (PM has ultimate responsibility.)
- 可在任何期間開(kāi)展或是由任何相關(guān)方提出(項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理對(duì)試試整體變更控制過(guò)程承擔(dān)最終責(zé)任)。
- It should be written and include estimated impacts to cost and schedule.
- 必須以書(shū)面形式記錄嗡载,需要了解變更對(duì)成本及進(jìn)度的預(yù)計(jì)影響窑多。
- Before baselines are set, changes do NOT need to undergo formal change control.
- 在基準(zhǔn)確定前,變更不需要正式受控于實(shí)施整體變更控制過(guò)程鼻疮。
Change Control - Managing changes to documents, deliverables, or baselines of the project.
變更控制 - 對(duì)項(xiàng)目文件怯伊、可交付成果或基準(zhǔn)的變更進(jìn)行管理
Configuration Control - Managing changes to the physical characteristics of a product.
配置控制 - 可交付成果的技術(shù)規(guī)范相關(guān)的變更的管理
Change Control Board(CCB) - Formal group that reviews changes and communicates decisions.
變更控制委員會(huì) - 負(fù)責(zé)審查變更并溝通所作出決定的正式組織。

Agreements - Define initial project intentions; could be a contract, verbal agreement, email, etc.
協(xié)議 - 定義啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的初衷判沟;可以是一個(gè)合同、口頭協(xié)議崭篡,電子郵件等挪哄。
Business Documents - Helps us understand how the project will support business goals/objectives.
商業(yè)文件 - 幫助我們理解項(xiàng)目如何達(dá)到商業(yè)目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)價(jià)值琉闪。
- Business Case - Includes a justification for the project(cost-benefit analysis)
- 商業(yè)論證 - 文檔化的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性研究報(bào)告迹炼,用來(lái)對(duì)方案收益進(jìn)行有效性論證。(需求評(píng)估結(jié)果可能會(huì)在商業(yè)論證文件中進(jìn)行總結(jié))
- Benefit Management Plan - Outlines how benefits from the project will be captured/sustained.
- 效益管理計(jì)劃 - 描述了項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)效益的方式和時(shí)間,以及應(yīng)制定的效益衡量機(jī)制斯入。
