2003 Can't connect to MySQL server on xx [Errno 10061]
1.檢查mysqld啟動正常曙旭；
2.檢查授權(quán)grant all privileGes on . to 'root'@'%' identified by 'xxx' WITH GRANT OPTION;
3.修改my.conf配置文件，注釋#bind-address=127.0.0.1暇仲，restart mysql 陕习，修復(fù)此問題.
