Nowdays, Mobile phones are the product of the Intelligence times, with the increasing frequency of teenager using mobile phones. Due to this, people are split on the impact mobile phones have on their lives. Some people believe that use of cell phones will lead to bullying or abuse, while others believe that mobile phones will have greatly improved teenage’s life.
On the one hand, use of cell phone bring a series of social problems at the same time have the potential for bulling or abuse. Above all , high risk of unsafe mobile web pages, and a large number of pornographic and violent websites may induce young people to use them, which is harmful to the immature teenagers and even affects their values and personality. Second, the popularity of mobile social networks have attractive and popular factor. Not only have transcends spatial boundaries and convenient economical , but also the important points id hides real identities.Speaking freely on the Internet, there will always have ‘?Keyboard Mans’, thanks to young people who lack social experience maybe fall into cyber bullying situation.

Not only that, the communication function of mobile phone can contact with people at any time, it’s convenient for teenage to report their travel safety to their parents without making them worry. What’s more, now all mobile phones set down the automatic positioning system and one-button security alarm function, if teenagers meet an emergency issues, assistance can be obtained as quickly as possible. It seems that mobile phones can support a lot of assistance to teenagers.
All in all, despite the advantages and disadvantages of mobile phone, it is true that mobile phones provide indispensable help to people's life. Thus, if teenagers in the right guidance and clarly understand the pros and cons of mobile phones then they can make the right choice.(350字）
