撇開docker,在ubuntu上面編譯支持Python3的Caffe參考:讓Caffe支持Python3
構(gòu)建docker就是把這一系列編譯命令放到Dockerfile中執(zhí)行犬性。不過昙衅,我們用預(yù)先編譯好的boost_python3,把Anaconda的安裝、Caffe的編譯放到Dockerfile中喊衫。
一、步驟:
1它匕、安裝docker:sudo apt install docker.io
添加DNS , 在/etc/network/interfaces 中添加 dns-nameservers 8.8.8.8
玷坠,重啟生效(這里先不用重啟,后面再重啟)供鸠。其他方法參考:Ubuntu下設(shè)置DNS的方法
2畦贸、添加用戶到docker組(執(zhí)行docker命令的用戶)
sudo usermod -aG docker $USER
sudo reboot
3、編寫Dockerfile,下面有示例
4、build:
docker build -t 名字 .
5薄坏、運(yùn)行
docker run -d -p 5000:5000 -v /hostpath/to/logs:/home/app/logs 名字
6趋厉、查看運(yùn)行的docker
查看所有啟動的:docker ps -a
查看日志:docker logs --since 30m CONTAINER_ID , 參考http://www.reibang.com/p/1eb1d1d3f25e
二胶坠、需要注意的是:
1君账、Dockerfile中每個RUN命令啟動一個容器,啟動容器的時候 .bashrc中的環(huán)境變量不生效涵但,必須重新執(zhí)行一遍 . "your username"/.bashrc
(. 是source, Dockerfile中找不到source)杈绸。
2、RUN和CMD等支持shell和exe格式的命令矮瘟。執(zhí)行二進(jìn)制文件的時候可以用shell命令瞳脓,但是如果的二進(jìn)制文件不在默認(rèn)的路徑中,或者bash找不到這個文件澈侠,這時就不能用shell格式的命令劫侧,要用exe格式的命令。
3哨啃、COPY命令烧栋,帶目錄拷貝要這樣COPY lib ./lib
