Has not the word come to you that the flower is reigning in splendour among thorns?

Wake, oh awaken! let not the time pass in vain!
醒來，呵品抽，醒來竭翠！
不要讓光陰虛度！
At the end of the stony path,
in the country of virgin solitude,
my friend is sitting all alone.
在那石徑的盡頭
野寂無人的鄉(xiāng)間
我朋友獨自坐著
Deceive him not.
Wake, oh awaken!
不要欺騙他
醒來，呵，醒來！
What if the sky pants and trembles with the heat of the midday sun---
what if the burning sand spreads its mantle of thirst---
哪怕天空
在正午的驕陽下喘息顫抖
哪怕灼熱的沙子
展開了它焦渴的披風(fēng)
Is there no joy in the deep of your heart?
At every footfall of yours,
will not the harp of the road break out in sweet music of pain?
難道你內(nèi)心深處沒有歡樂衷咽？
你走的每一步
難道那路的琴弦沒有發(fā)出
溫柔的痛音嗎？

惺忪的睡眼
靜靜地躺在冬季的陰影里
我的心在徒然的凄冷中磨碎
醒來啊 不要貪念繾綣的溫眠
那野寥的山間 荊棘叢生
已花開一片
不要讓空聊欺騙了時間
在獨坐中虛度的朋友
你何不傾聽烈日下
綠葉喘息顫抖的心音
灼熱的沙子是你焦渴的披風(fēng)
難道飄零的憂傷與流水的疼痛
彈奏不出一曲動情的弦音
走進海的深處
我要尋找一座快樂的寢宮……
