將公用系統(tǒng)和1#爐的控制器(型號為CP60)升級為新控制器(型號為FCP270)织中,控制器不再集中布置,升級后的控制器隨卡件柜布置。
3僻焚、對現(xiàn)有公用系統(tǒng)和#1爐及1#機(jī)卡件柜利舊改造叔锐,卡件底板更換為最新的FBM底板誉察,原有卡件保留域帐。
4痒谴、將工作站全部升級為最新的工作站(型號為H92)稚铣,操作員站和工程師站性能將大大提升箱叁。
5、公用系統(tǒng)和1#爐及1#機(jī)升級完畢后惕医,可根據(jù)要求啟動公用系統(tǒng)和1#爐及1#機(jī)耕漱,進(jìn)行正常生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行,同時對2#爐抬伺、3#爐和2#機(jī)進(jìn)行升級改造螟够,這兩個爐在升級后逐一接入新的Mesh網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),既保證生產(chǎn)安全峡钓,又使得現(xiàn)場停機(jī)時間不會太長妓笙,保證生產(chǎn)連續(xù)。
6能岩、控制系統(tǒng)主要施工步驟
軟件部分:
(1) 現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)軟件備份寞宫,包括組態(tài)、畫面捧灰、系統(tǒng)定義盤等;
(2) 根據(jù)新的系統(tǒng)定義淆九,制作系統(tǒng)定義盤,并使用新的定義盤進(jìn)行工作站安裝;
(3) 現(xiàn)有Unix平臺下畫面和邏輯轉(zhuǎn)換到Windows平臺;
(4) 將系統(tǒng)原有組態(tài)以及功能恢復(fù)至Windows平臺后進(jìn)行調(diào)試以使系統(tǒng)原有功能在windows平臺完整保留并且運(yùn)行正常;
硬件部分:
(1)新機(jī)柜安裝就位;
(2)電纜光纜鋪設(shè)毛俏,光纜熔接;
(3)新控制器(型號為FCP270)安裝;
(4)原有卡件柜改裝舊底板拆除炭庙,新底板安裝,卡件恢復(fù);
(5)系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)煌寇、上電焕蹄,檢測控制器、工作站及I/O卡件狀態(tài)阀溶,測試DCS各部件工作情況腻脏。
五鸦泳、結(jié)論
通過本次的升級改造,使本廠的DCS系統(tǒng)控制器(型號為CP60)升級為新控制器(型號為FCP270)永品,控制器不再集中布置做鹰。工作站全部升級為最新的工作站(型號為H92),操作員站和工程師站性能將大大提升鼎姐。解決了原來卡件停產(chǎn)造成備件采購困難的問題钾麸,同時通過DCS整體升級改造增加了設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性,為長時間的穩(wěn)定連續(xù)生產(chǎn)打下良好的基礎(chǔ)炕桨。groups of triggers are respectively taken from the synchronous transformer corresponding to the rectifier transformer.
