arise: 不及物動詞，指無形的東西產生觉啊，發(fā)生和出現(xiàn)拣宏，如困難，問題等杠人。
rise:不及物動詞勋乾，使用范圍較廣，既用于具體事物的上升嗡善，增長辑莫，又用于抽象事物的上漲和發(fā)生，如罩引，The sun rises in the east.太陽從東邊升起各吨。
raise:及物動詞，表示把具體某物抬起到高處袁铐，或提高某抽象事物(如工資揭蜒，地位等）
