產(chǎn)品在App Store上線三年了,基本上每個月提交一個更新版本清焕,但是最近的一個版本中添加了內(nèi)購并蝗,被拒多次祭犯,改了又改,現(xiàn)在整理一下滚停,希望能給大家一些幫助沃粗。
第一次被拒
Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed We have started the review of your app, but we are not able to continue because we cannot locate the in-app purchases within your app. Next Steps To help us proceed with the review of your app, please reply to this message providing the steps for locating the in-app purchases in your app.
被拒原因:我們產(chǎn)品當中使用內(nèi)購并非主線業(yè)務,蘋果審核人員沒能找到需要內(nèi)購的地方键畴。
解決方法:直接回復本次被拒的信息最盅,說明從首頁至內(nèi)購頁面的操作,建議加上截圖或者視頻說明起惕。
第二次被拒
Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions We noticed that your app and its metadata did not fully meet the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions, as specified in?Schedule 2, section 3.8(b)?of the Paid Applications agreement. App Binary We were unable to find all of the required information within your app. Please note that adding the following information to a modal alert is not sufficient; the information must also be displayed within the app itself, and it must be displayed clearly and conspicuously during the purchase flow without requiring additional action from the user (such as opening a link). – Information about the auto-renewable nature of the subscription in your app's binary: ? Title of publication or service ? Length of subscription (time period and content or services provided during each subscription period) ? Price of subscription, and price per unit if appropriate ? Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase ? Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period ? 被拒原因:如果包含自動訂閱的方式檩禾,需要在支付頁面上加上相關說明。
解決方法:具體要求疤祭,蘋果的回復當中有說明盼产,但是看起來是不是還是有點摸不著頭腦?給大家舉個例子勺馆,下面是網(wǎng)易云課堂的支付界面戏售,作為參考。其中
付款草穆、續(xù)費和取消續(xù)費的操作要在支付頁面寫明灌灾,不能使用跳轉(zhuǎn)頁面的方式展示;會員服務協(xié)議和自動續(xù)費協(xié)議也需要有悲柱,但是可以使用跳轉(zhuǎn)頁面的方式锋喜。

被拒原因:其實第三次被拒的原因在第二次的時候蘋果也有說明,只是我們當時沒注意豌鸡,只修改了app上的提示嘿般,蘋果要求相關提示在App Store Connect中也要加上。
解決方法:在App Store Connect提交版本頁面中的【描述】中涯冠,加上自動續(xù)費相關說明即可炉奴,還是以網(wǎng)易云課堂為例,在App Store上顯示的紅色標注部分既是蛇更。
