ef- 前綴 表示“來自于…田绑，出自于…”
effect中的fect字根表示make或do，即“做”的意思长酗，那么“來自于（ef-)做（fect)”纽谒，也就是說“做的過程以及做的結果”會有“外部性”，即“效果”（effect)之意萨西。
Hence,your actions must be effective（有效果的）有鹿，and that is a kind of effectiveness（效力、效應)谎脯。
Almost all the positive actions will gain the positive effectiveness,and the negative actions nearly lead to the negative effectiveness.
把ef-換成前綴af-（add的意思）得到另一個詞affect葱跋，就表示“影響、感染”的意思源梭。有的人可能會理解為add給別人娱俺，讓別人fect（do的意思），就是影響了废麻，我倒是更愿意把它理解為荠卷，add自己去做（fect)，用自己的行動去affect others烛愧，結果往往會更有effectiveness油宜。
