-How we chose to spend our time is not logical, it is emotional.
-Prioritizing is borrowing time from other events.
-(1)Urgency:How soon does it matter?

?(3)Significance:How long does it matter?
-You multiply your time by giving yourself the emotional permission to spend time on things today that will give you time tomorrow.
-Eliminate-->Automate-->Delegate
-Procastination: Decide what you want to do now and what you want to do later.
