盡管此前英國《金融時(shí)報(bào)》有篇文章表示斯碌，海歸人士的待遇可能不比在國內(nèi)深造的同齡人來得高肛度，但時(shí)至今日，出國的潮流依舊不減承耿。有人說，出國不一定是為了鍍金瘩绒，主要出于拓展視野猴抹、擴(kuò)大交際網(wǎng)絡(luò)所需锁荔，不管為何蟀给，只要涉及出國蝙砌，就需要翻譯出國材料，包括各種證件跋理。
之前我在某公證處駐扎翻譯2年有余择克，積累了些相關(guān)知識(shí)?∏捌眨考慮到近段時(shí)間頻頻有網(wǎng)友私信我此類出國材料的翻譯肚邢，因此從今天起，我會(huì)不定期整理一些常用證件的翻譯句式甚至模板拭卿，幫助廣大需求者骡湖。
此處略做說明，該等句式或者模板大多結(jié)合外文證件上的書面表達(dá)峻厚，并參考國內(nèi)權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的處理方法得到响蕴。
今天，我們先從《高等院校畢業(yè)證書》開始惠桃。
一. 先來回顧國內(nèi)的 ?《高等院校畢業(yè)證書》浦夷，正文如下：
學(xué)生XXX，性別女辜王，1985年7月7日生劈狐，于二OO七年十月至二O一O年9月在本校護(hù)理學(xué)（網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育 專升本）專業(yè)三年制本科學(xué)習(xí)，修完教學(xué)計(jì)劃規(guī)定的全部課程呐馆，成績合格肥缔，準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)。
?二. 從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上找出靠譜的外文畢業(yè)證書學(xué)習(xí)句式摹恰，正文如下：

盡管這份英文畢業(yè)證書為高中畢業(yè)證書辫继，而且年份久遠(yuǎn)怒见，但翻譯過來的內(nèi)容與國內(nèi)的《高等院校畢業(yè)證書》差不多俗慈，因此具有很高的參考價(jià)值。下面遣耍，我們一起來看看這份文件的正文到底體現(xiàn)了哪些信息：
--》學(xué)生保羅·高恩特 · 布魯克斯（Paul Gaunt Brooks）于本校四年制農(nóng)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)闺阱，修完教學(xué)計(jì)劃的全部課程，成績合格（具體學(xué)分詳見附件）舵变，準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)酣溃。

注：
1. 由于畢業(yè)證書旨在證明學(xué)生修完課程而被準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)纪隙，因此赊豌，盡管原證書中沒有“茲證明”等字眼，譯文開篇仍需要增譯“This is to certify （that）”绵咱。
2. 外國畢業(yè)證書的正文格式一般設(shè)為居中碘饼，且每個(gè)單詞的每個(gè)字母都大寫，此處不好排版，所以居左設(shè)置了艾恼，為便于閱讀住涉，也沒有將每個(gè)字母大寫。
3. 大專學(xué)位：associate degree钠绍。
4. 本科學(xué)位：bachelor's degree。
四. 其他細(xì)枝末葉的翻譯媳握。
此部分翻譯略。但需要強(qiáng)調(diào)的一點(diǎn)是毙芜，證件加蓋鋼印的位置争拐，下方需要說明鋼印的內(nèi)容，一般格式為：[embossed seal: XXXX]隘冲；至于紅章，需要截取原圖展辞，適當(dāng)調(diào)整大小后粘貼于譯文中万牺，然后加注紅章內(nèi)容，一般格式為：[seal:XXXX]覆旱。
五. 接下來，我們一起看看國內(nèi)其它翻譯模板扣唱，把圖1的內(nèi)容套進(jìn)去团南，對(duì)比一下。
This is to certify that studentXXX, female,born on July 7, 1985, has studied in this university with a speciality of Nursing (distance education for students upgrading from associate degree to bachelor's degree)? from October 2007 to September 2010. Upon completing and passing all the required courses of the 3-year undergraduate program , she is granted graduation.
?這是從某大學(xué)的網(wǎng)站上下載下來的正歼，需要留意以下幾點(diǎn)：
1. “from? September 1995 to June 1999”是過去時(shí)間拷橘，應(yīng)使用過去時(shí)態(tài)齐疙，因此贞奋，“has studied” 應(yīng)改為 “studied”；
2. “speciality of”后跟具體專業(yè)名稱穷绵，因此，“a speciality of ”應(yīng)改為“the speciality of”勾缭；
3. “完成課程”目养、“通過考試”，邏輯應(yīng)該如此幻梯，因此，“passing all the required courses”應(yīng)改為 “passing the examinations of all the required courses”碘梢；
4. 畢業(yè)證書的終極目的應(yīng)該在于證明“學(xué)生修完課程煞躬，成績合格逸邦，準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)”，可是該譯文卻將這部分內(nèi)容另起一句缕减，放在“this is to certify”句子之外，顯然不符合該文件的目的佛纫。
綜上总放，可以將該譯文修改如下：
This is to certify that
student XXX, female, born on July 7, 1985
studying in?this university with the speciality of Nursing?(distance education for students upgrading from associate degree to bachelor's degree)??from?October 2007 to September 2010
