如果報(bào)上邊那個(gè)錯(cuò)誤誉结，有多種情況，最直接的方法就是換倉(cāng)庫(kù)，可以換國(guó)內(nèi)的或國(guó)外的契讲，
國(guó)內(nèi)的下載快科吭，但第三方可能存在驗(yàn)證問(wèn)題词爬；國(guó)外的下載較慢永乌，其實(shí)也不是很慢吨述，推薦國(guó)外使用maven官方的橙弱。
解決方法歧寺。
打開(kāi)idea---》setting---》runnner
在vm options中添加：-Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.insecure=true -Dmaven.wagon.http.ssl.allowall=true? ? ?中間用空格隔開(kāi)
