1. 讀"成長(zhǎng)記錄"感悟

? ? ?讀了今天"成長(zhǎng)記錄"妈倔，讓我再次深信注意力的重要性冠骄，以及對(duì)事情的深思熟慮得必要伪煤。感慨自己沒(méi)有作者進(jìn)步如此大，卻也有許多微在變化凛辣。

? ? ?如每天早起學(xué)習(xí)抱既，當(dāng)天計(jì)劃的事情不會(huì)拖拉，每件事情發(fā)生后都會(huì)反思自己有沒(méi)有深入思考扁誓，對(duì)家人有了更多的耐心防泵。雖然依然對(duì)未來(lái)恐懼，迷茫蝗敢，但是內(nèi)心有了更多的思考而帶來(lái)的安寧捷泞。希望這份沉著能跟著笑來(lái)老師一直流在我的血液里。

2. “多維度拓展”

? ? ?重新認(rèn)識(shí)“多維度拓展"的概念寿谴，讓我感慨很深的有3點(diǎn): 1. 多維度的前提是必須有一個(gè)維度足夠優(yōu)秀锁右，因?yàn)閷?duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，我是對(duì)任何領(lǐng)域都感興趣都愿意嘗試的人拭卿，我最缺一個(gè)足夠突出的維度; 2. 多維度不代表走馬觀花骡湖，笑來(lái)老師強(qiáng)調(diào)做事認(rèn)真永遠(yuǎn)是稀缺的品質(zhì)贱纠，這句話刻進(jìn)大腦里; 3. 不論是看問(wèn)題還是某個(gè)事物峻厚，都可以多維度去觀察或思考，擺脫"一根筋"谆焊。

? ? ?最后有一點(diǎn)也給我有啟發(fā)惠桃，就是多給他人鼓勵(lì)。日常生活中給他人或他人給我們，潑冷水是多么容易發(fā)生辜王。我們學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度慢劈狐，根本原因并不是學(xué)習(xí)本身難度困住我們，而是周圍人的嘲笑和眼光呐馆，以及自身的恐懼肥缔，所以多多多給他人鼓勵(lì)，也給自己鼓勵(lì)汹来，其他只不過(guò)是過(guò)眼云煙续膳。今天好開(kāi)心收到笑來(lái)老師的鼓勵(lì)，我的留言進(jìn)了"精選"??收班。

3 . 今日精進(jìn)反思

有進(jìn)步: 對(duì)于想到的事情馬上去做坟岔，看到的小事能夠馬上處理，如查英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)行業(yè)行情摔桦，簡(jiǎn)歷修改社付，做家務(wù)。

待改進(jìn): 英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)行業(yè)行情查詢不夠細(xì)致邻耕，明天用筆記錄下來(lái)進(jìn)行多方面對(duì)比鸥咖。飲食方面自控沒(méi)有改善，思考良久赊豌，多因心理缺乏安全感扛或，如何改進(jìn)？

4. 今天寫(xiě)了英語(yǔ)自我介紹碘饼，關(guān)于銷售方面的熙兔，較簡(jiǎn)單，明早起床背誦

It is my honor here to have this opportunity to get an interview with you. You can call me Susie.

As far as I can understand from this Job Description, it requires great ability to communicate with others, handle pressure from work, and to serve clients for selling target. And my last job, although I work from as a secretary to a seller, most of time, I was a secretary for boss and everyone in the company. So my job responsibility includes 3 major parts.

First, transmit orders from boss to every department, or convey working reports, problems, or opinions from staff to boss. I should communicate with any kind of people from senior to Junior. So it develops my oral ability.

Second, work with boss everytime. It is said that to be in the king’s company is similar to live with a tiger. I can handle the pressure and enjoy my work. So I think it is not a matter to me work under pressure.

Last is the service awareness. Secretary is a kind of serving job. It’s my pleasure to serve my clients and buy my products. The most important is that my major is English and I can help clients to love our products.

In general, I am competent for this job as a course consultant and I like this job so much. Thank you!

To know client’s purpose. Purpose: A good teacher, an English study environment, or learning methods. Satisfy their every requirements and help them get purposes.
