是以圣人方而不割掂骏，廉而不劌，直而不肆厚掷，光而不耀弟灼。
譯文:
因此，有道的圣人:做人有原則但不生硬冒黑，廉潔清白但不傷人田绑，直率但不放肆，有光芒但不會(huì)耀眼抡爹。
我的翻譯:
Therefore,the person with Dao is that:
He has his own principle,but he isn't stiff.
He is honest and clean,but he doesn't hurt
others.
He is blunt but he isn't presumptuous.
He has light but he doesn't glare at others.
