是以圣人不行而知荣回，不見而明侄榴，不為而成雹锣。
譯文:
所以，有“道”的圣人不出行卻能夠推知事理癞蚕，不窺見而能明了“天道”蕊爵，不妄為而可以有所成就。

The sage with Dao can do these things:
He? can know everything without traveling.
He can understand everything without
seeing.
He can achieve everything without doing.
