4月1號(hào)到4月15號(hào)，我是志愿者钱反。我主要做了以下幾件事驼修。第一殿遂，交作業(yè)截止前的30分鐘，我檢查了每一個(gè)人的作業(yè)乙各，如果沒(méi)有交的墨礁，我就及時(shí)提醒。第二耳峦，互相點(diǎn)評(píng)截止前的30分鐘恩静，我檢查了每一個(gè)人的點(diǎn)評(píng)情況，如果沒(méi)有點(diǎn)評(píng)的蹲坷，我就及時(shí)提醒驶乾。第三，按照不出局的規(guī)則循签，我收了兩位戰(zhàn)友的懲罰紅包级乐，然后轉(zhuǎn)交給值月生。
志愿者的工作并不復(fù)雜县匠，按照志愿者攻略风科，志愿者的主要工作就是協(xié)助值月生完成作業(yè)和點(diǎn)評(píng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)，遵守不出局的規(guī)則乞旦，達(dá)到督促大家持續(xù)寫(xiě)作的目的贼穆。
其實(shí)我發(fā)現(xiàn)，自己做的并不好兰粉。我在想故痊，其實(shí)要做好一個(gè)志愿者，也不是一件容易的事情玖姑。同時(shí)我也發(fā)現(xiàn)了愕秫，我們班現(xiàn)在只有71個(gè)人，剛開(kāi)始是78個(gè)人焰络，也就是說(shuō)另外七個(gè)人出局了戴甩。在我們班，踐行四個(gè)多月的時(shí)候舔琅，就有七個(gè)人出局了等恐。持續(xù)的寫(xiě)作，也不是一件很容易的事情备蚓。最近我加入了一個(gè)只字不差精讀營(yíng)课蔬。第一個(gè)月，大家還能堅(jiān)持每天讀書(shū)郊尝。第二個(gè)月二跋，20個(gè)人就只剩下了十個(gè)人。我也有三天沒(méi)有打卡了流昏。其實(shí)扎即，每次讀書(shū)也可能就花十分鐘的時(shí)間吞获。每天讀幾頁(yè)書(shū)，也不是一件容易的事情谚鄙。任何一件小事各拷，持續(xù)的去做，就很不容易闷营。如果你能持續(xù)的去做好一件事情烤黍，那么你就能成功。試著問(wèn)一下自己傻盟，我們有沒(méi)有持續(xù)地去做一件事情速蕊？
我想說(shuō)的是，如果我們能夠持續(xù)的待在51班娘赴，那么我們一定會(huì)成功规哲。不出局，就出彩诽表。我們加入007的初衷是唉锌，七年之后一起去南極。這是一場(chǎng)馬拉松关顷，并不是百米沖刺糊秆，所以武福，我們不要用力過(guò)猛议双。我們70多個(gè)人聚在一起，按照全世界60多億人來(lái)算捉片，這是一種天大的緣分平痰。雖然我們素未謀面，我們擁有共同的價(jià)值觀伍纫。我們已經(jīng)有很強(qiáng)的聯(lián)系宗雇，我們將會(huì)有更強(qiáng)的聯(lián)系。我們不想任何一個(gè)人出局莹规。但是取經(jīng)的路上必定要經(jīng)過(guò)九九八十一難赔蒲。所以，我們必須良漱，相互信任舞虱，相互提醒，相互鼓勵(lì)母市，相互支持矾兜，相互幫助。在做志愿者的過(guò)程中患久，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了有好幾個(gè)戰(zhàn)友椅寺，都在默默的做著貢獻(xiàn)浑槽。我感受到了集體的溫暖。如果沒(méi)有他們的付出返帕，我們的班級(jí)就不會(huì)發(fā)展得這么好桐玻。我反思了自己當(dāng)初的自私。做志愿者是件很簡(jiǎn)單的事荆萤，但是畸冲，卻是一件很重要的事。做志愿者是一件很難的事观腊，但是有大家的積極參與邑闲，他又變的，很簡(jiǎn)單梧油。只要人人都獻(xiàn)出一點(diǎn)愛(ài)苫耸，我們51班就會(huì)走得更遠(yuǎn)。
人人都應(yīng)該是志愿者儡陨。
