在創(chuàng)建Dashborad時哪自，查看狀態(tài)總是ContainerCreating

在工作節(jié)點（node）上執(zhí)行
發(fā)現(xiàn)此時會pull一個鏡像registry.access.redhat.com/rhel7/pod-infrastructure:latest，當(dāng)我手動pull時，提示如下錯誤：
發(fā)現(xiàn)是harbor的倉庫沒有啟動，導(dǎo)致pod鏡像沒有下載全庸，沒有啟動成功袄膏，所以建議查日志
