employment contract

sales contract

licensing agreement
A licensing agreement involves the use of intellectual property, such as a song or logo.
By licensing something, a company can earn money from it without giving up legal ownership of it.
A brand may license its logo to another company in exchange for a fee and a percentage of its profits.
