怎樣學(xué)習(xí)新的技能吹由?最有效的方法就是找到一位好的老師咒林。好的老師不僅要自己有專業(yè)水平,還要會教。老師的作用就是可以安排適合的練習(xí)供屉,還能針對問題進(jìn)行實時反饋。這樣就能讓更快的進(jìn)步秕豫。
其次在練習(xí)的時候一定要走心硕并,如果只是不帶腦子的練習(xí),那也是沒有用的怎炊。當(dāng)然谭企,人的精力有限,所以盡可能將練習(xí)拆分成一個個小的部分评肆,并設(shè)定目標(biāo)债查。每完成一個目標(biāo)就休息一下,為了下一次的練習(xí)養(yǎng)好精力瓜挽。這和番茄鐘有點類似盹廷。
