Have you ever gone through such an experience that you got up early one day, but you found no interest at all in doing your job. You suddenly found that work was boring, even you were tired of your job. This is called job burnout stage（職業(yè)倦怠期）. It seems that many of us would suffer from this after a few yearsof work, and I am of no exception.Istill clearly remember that as a young girl just graduating from college, jobwas a fresh thing to me and I had great passion towards this job. However, astime went by, my enthusiasm for the job gradually died down bit by bit. For onething, as an English teacher, with the accumulation of experience, I wasnot only quite familiar with my work , butalso I gradually got the habit of the working life. That was to say ,doing thesame thing day after day made my work dull ,and there was no wonder that I wasless interested in my job than before. For another , I couldn’t get a sense ofachievement from my job for the reason that my students here showed no interestin learning English, even hate it. Every day I went to work with fullconfidence and passion, however, the academic performance of my students wouldtell me all my efforts were in vain. Then out of sudden, I found my effort wasfar from enough, andthe helplessnessfollowed blew my passion of the job heavily. There is no doubt that I am in thejob burnout period. But I am still young, if I have not any passion for my job,how could I spend the long teaching career? It is not difficult to imagine thathow terrible it will be. Therefore, try to rediscover my passion and keep it upis of great significance .But how?

As far as I am concerned,maybe I can change the situation from thefollowing aspects. Firstly, attitude is everything. Take work seriously nomatter how familiar I may be to the job. In addition, be responsible for thejob every moment. Secondly, set small goals one by one, and try my best to makethem come true.Romewas not built in a day. Like building a house, the improvement of students’grade takes time. Sobe patient and seta small goal , then realize it. With the goal realized, I will get theachievementI want andI will be happy about that.Finally, keep smile because having a cheerfulmood is beneficial to my job.Then beoptimisticaboutmy work and hold confidence to myeffortsI make, andI believe time willtellme the result.

Generally speaking, working is used todefine a kind way of obtaining basic necessity in everyone's daily life. In otherwords, in exchange for what you can provide, you will obtain the equivalent topay food, clothing, shelter and transportation etc. Therefore, the nature ofwork determines that your passion in your job is very limited and cannot bemore than what can be expected in your work. As a result, low enthusiasm inwork is quite normal, even thougheveryone bosshas attempted various kinds of measures to improvethe above issue owing to the importance of ardor to the efficiency of working.

Although I don't know how to change the normality, but I have found a very interesting phenomenon in my experience of time-using. What is it? To some extent, the more work you have, the busier you are, the higher possibility you will sense time lapse and discover the secret of efficient utilization of time. It's may be a false reasoning, but I have my own reason.

Why is that? On occasions where you have plenty of time, you are likely to find reasonable task order according to so-called priority classification method first and then turn to implement it.

In the process above, time has passed away and time that can be utilized has been shortened. What you can rely on is only time efficiency. In the light of my logic, on occasions where I have to finish 8 tasks in an hour (suppose I can finish 6 tasks in an hour and to do 8 tasks can stimulate me to develop my time-using efficiency), my brain and mind will mobilize the whole body and find good balance of different tasks and assigning time and energy appropriately and thus complete fulfill the task efficiently and on time.

Passion and walk, having passion is of great importance to people's life, work and study，which is known to all of us. A life without passion is just like a life without a sun.It is pretty hard for you to lead a meaningful life, if you don't fill your life with passion. However keeping passion for your work is very challenging, because many people would admit that the position they are currently in is not the dream job they had in mind after graduation, and gradually they will? lose their interest and passion. How to keep passion for work has become an issue for every working man. Here are my suggestions for keeping passion for the work.

Firstly, try to fall in love with your job. Cheating your job as your boyfriend or girlfriend is the best way to do the job well. When facing some difficulties, you will not choose to escape them. Secondly make an achievement in your? job. The sense of achievement will inspire you to focus on your work, which in return lead you to make progress, finally you will find you will have passion for it as you not only get the sense of achievement but also gaine the respect from your workmakes.

Last but not least, keeping learning and working hard on it. If you keep learning you will find some interest in it, even though it may be hard at the very first time. After you get some knowledge you will find the mysterious and amazement in it.

All in all,in order to keep passion for the work you have to work hard ,keep learning and try to fall in love with your job. Only in this way can you do you work better and better.

During the summer holidays,I found a part-time job,hotel waiter.

In the beginning,because work place closeto home,and short working time,I am very glad to find this part-time job.

But when I work on the first day,I even don't want to give a smile.It's so tired!I found go to school was so happiness!Standing up to four hours,never sat down，and walk around.

Now,I only want to study hard,I hope I can find a good job in the future.Come on!

Experts refer to those who are specialized in this field or other fields than others, have better working methods and more advanced tools. The requirement for staff in the company is to do things in a timely and accurate manner. Executives mainly focus on strategic objectives, victory, big responsibility, high risk,high demand for willpower, and because of this,the position rank the highest rate of elimination. Chen Lifang suggested that the new staff pay close attention to the grinding-in (磨合) and that find the focal point as well as the direction of development as soon as possible.

Second,make the best contribution in the best time and with the best role.

Generally speaking the moment the? graduates enter HUAWEI company, their rank is 13. When they are in the rank of 17 -19, they are low-level or middle-level administrators. And the one with a rank of 21 - 22 is vice president, or president .ChenLifang said: " when you are in the rank 13-14 , you should try to do more,and attitude matters in this period. when you are in the rank 15, 16, you should get on the ball. Even if you can not accomplish it once, the speed of improvement should be quick. when you are in the rank 17-19,you startdoing pioneering and interdisciplinary work, in fact, whether you can be ageneral or not depends on it."

Third,keep learning.

Chen Lifang suggested that you read more about HUAWEI's company documents. "Whoever reads it first will know their working directions and make a great progress faster than others."." Besides, install HUAWEI's internal App - the voice community, looking at documents and comments so as to achieve collisions between hearts. You are required to spend 80% of the time on the study of targeted business. Then, communicate with the colleagues in or out of your Department, and treat them to a cup of coffee or a bowl of noodles. What you achieve is much greater than the cost you pay. Don't waste your time on gossip, chicken soup for the soul and so forth.

Fourth,physical and mental healthprovide motivation for your health and physical exercise should be strengthened.
