The Economist對中國全面開放二胎的政策評論道：與其說是拯救出生率（這已經(jīng)太遲了）篇梭，不如說是為自己的權(quán)威留存些顏面而已看蚜。
獨生子女政策給那些想要多生育的家庭帶來了深重的災(zāi)難。城市里的父母會受到重罰或失去工作甩鳄；而鄉(xiāng)村里的窮困家庭有時則甚至?xí)皇展胃蓛舫讯龋彝剿谋凇＿@個政策的最終結(jié)果卻是：如今中國的嬰兒太少了妙啃，而非太多第晰。
實際上在70年代后，隨著教育普及，中國的出生率就開始下降茁瘦。盡管獨生子女政策加速了出生率下滑品抽，但其他國家也同樣呈現(xiàn)出這樣的趨勢。從那些國家的變化中我們可以看到甜熔，促使中國出生率降低的更緊要因素其實在于女性開始更多地參與勞動圆恤，教育不斷進步，結(jié)婚年齡延后與快速增長的教育和住房消費腔稀。而獨生子女政策最大的效果只是：侵害人權(quán)盆昙，懲戒了一小部分觸犯這個政策的家庭。
此外焊虏，新的全面開放二胎政策也是具有誤導(dǎo)性質(zhì)的淡喜。或許吧诵闭，一些家庭會以為他們被鼓勵著去生兩個孩子炼团，但這可能也無濟于阻止人口的持續(xù)滑坡[1]。之前有限制地開放二胎卻只換來寥寥響應(yīng)的結(jié)果已經(jīng)給出了明證疏尿。一代人已經(jīng)被灌輸了中國人口太多的思想瘟芝。如今，除非是富裕階層褥琐，比起生養(yǎng)幾個孩子锌俱，大多數(shù)人更傾向于舉全家之力培養(yǎng)一個孩子。
沒有任何證據(jù)顯示全面開放人口政策會引致出生率劇增敌呈。所以當(dāng)今ZF如此不上不下的做法贸宏，恐怕主要還是為了再表現(xiàn)表現(xiàn)肌肉、保存點面子以及找個借口養(yǎng)活一百萬無處安放的計生干部們……
The Economist在最后說道：限制人口的政策必須得被廢除磕洪。這并非要促進出生率增長锚赤，而是為了那些被獨生子女政策傷害過的廣大中國家庭。
作為獨生子女中的一員褐鸥，自己一直都希望有個兄弟姐妹在身邊。有些話有些事赐稽，既不愿意告訴父母長輩叫榕，也不能向戀人朋友傾訴，只能憋在心中姊舵，默默消解晰绎。我們不得不因此而常常感到孤單。這只是我個人微不足道的想法括丁，也或許這樣的想法亦存在于許多獨生子女的心靈深處荞下。
