講故事是個人人都做過的事情岩灭，不過講得好則不是人人都擅長的事情。這也是為什么致力寫作的人非常多赂鲤，而其中出名的作家卻很少噪径。
舉個剛剛經(jīng)歷的例子，客戶訂購的產(chǎn)品因為工藝的更改交貨會比預期的時間晚数初，我們打算用將這件事情通知客戶并且最大程度的爭取理解找爱。于是今天等來了工廠的第一個草稿：

The optimization could make sure BBB's original performance
XXX Finland factory implemented such optimization in previous project, ?no negative impact on product running
做銷售同事看了下，表示：啥泡孩？就讓我把這個給客戶看车摄？這個鍋我才不要背過去呢…
于是，一番商量之后，決定重新寫一個：
AAA has been working on projects for optimizing the BBB performance and reliability since its releasing in 2012. We believe this isimportant to satisfy customer expectation regarding higher productivity for their business.
A new design was implemented to BBB recently which changes the process of blablabla…. Compare with old design, our R&D engineers believe new method can provide better reliability and minimize the risk of potential fault. This involves all AAA factories globally.
It is a modification inside BBB therefore its mechanical layout will NOT be affected.Moreover, BBB's electrical performance will remain same.
New design is also applied onto your BBB units ordered under our reference xxxxxxx. As it requires new components from Europe, which has a long lead time; unfortunately we have to revise our EXW date. This is the only reason causes the delay of our delivery.
We understand the importance of on time delivery to your business. In order to minimize the impact due to the delay, we are contacting our supplier in Europe in order to get those new components as soon as possible. New estimated EXW date is xxxxxx; we will keep you updated if there is any changes in the meanwhile.
We apologize for the inconvenience to your business and appreciate your understanding about measures we are taking.
完成之后吮播，銷售的同事覺得應該可以達到目標了变屁。給工藝的變更找到了合適理由，并且把動機引向了更好的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量意狠；鍋也甩給了供應商粟关。并且表示我們正在和供應商一起補鍋。我表示：哥們666啊环戈。
盡管很多時候闷板，油嘴滑舌的人給人印象不佳；不過好的表達確實可以抓住對方的關注點院塞，無論對方的類型遮晚。關注目標，關注數(shù)據(jù)拦止、事實還是關注情感成分鹏漆。在舉個例子，就像同樣燒番茄蛋湯创泄，我就可以做出弄弄食堂味艺玲；老婆則可以做出想舔碗的味道，技巧很重要鞠抑。
很多東西確實只是方法論饭聚；不過相比不加修飾合盤托出，花點時間用點技巧裝飾一下搁拙，在這個充滿套路的世界或許不是一個壞選擇秒梳。
