2.節(jié)點(diǎn)屬性文件nodeType.txt（構(gòu)建方法在腳本提取節(jié)點(diǎn)名.R里）：

方法：
將allcorResult.txt導(dǎo)入cytoscape，source node選SF营勤，target node選AS径缅，interaction type選regulation：
選擇屬性
導(dǎo)入后在左邊的sytle選擇biopax_sif袜茧。
將節(jié)點(diǎn)屬性文件nodeType.txt導(dǎo)入娱仔，在左邊style-edge-color(unselected)里選擇，負(fù)調(diào)控選綠色（0,255,0）间涵，正調(diào)控選紅色（255,0,0）法竞。width選擇2
最后在node里調(diào)整形狀（shape）、大小参歹、顏色仰楚，AS為圓形，RBP為三角形泽示，AS為粉色（255,205,205）缸血，RBP為（130,130,255）。label font size里械筛，AS為10捎泻，RBP為15。
