While sometimes a lot of people involving me have been suffering this disaster every night due to a variety of indescribable reaaons. Some measures which is said efficient and practical to most patients also don't make sense just like counting sheep and practising breath. After victiming the last straw in vain, I have no idea how to improve this condition but to adapt myself to this puzzle in my daily life,even to appreciate this dizzying feeling but not to drop myself in a further frustration and depression and anxiety. No another method could draw me out the expeeience. In my view maybe it is another? adventure to trip!
Here I collect a lot of expressions about sleep, with which I could prove my accpetance for the different lifetime.
