* "Grouped" --- "enter 3 replicates values"
* "Analyze" --- "model"可不選旋廷，因為不是同一個細(xì)胞重復(fù)測量數(shù)值，是兩個細(xì)胞系。
* “factor” --- "column factor" 可改成cell line, "row factor"可改成different culture
* "multiple comparisons" ---- "compare each cell mean with the other cell mean in that row"或者“compare cell means regardless of rows and columns”也可以根據(jù)圖例自行選擇砸逊。
* "multiple comparisons test"可以按照推薦的進行選擇
