今日心得：L0這個任務耗時很長，從第一條錄音到讀到自己滿意為止起碼就要練習30分鐘+，錄音和聽自己的錄音差不多平均分配航背，但是在這個過程中還是要回到課文原始錄音上去喉悴，不然很容易自己念著念著就自嗨起來，跟著自己的style走了玖媚。
昨天是快午夜了才加群箕肃，今天在群里暗中觀察了一下。從昨晚入群到今天大概50人左右參與了每日的練習最盅，但是群成員一共是1800+突雪，還是希望更多的成員能夠行動起來，相互激勵涡贱！
